Cozy house close to TSU campus!

This two bedroom house gives you the feel of country living but without the hassle. Cozy house just a few miles to TSU campus with room for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. There is also two comfy full size couches. The bathroom has full tub/shower. Roku TV in living room as well as bedroom 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Less than 1 mile from the square for boutique shopping!
Relax on the back patio with a cup of coffee watching the sunset or sunrise.

Excellent stay

Property manager was very courteous and professional. The communication was great, check in was smooth, and the home as exactly how it was listed online. Amazing service!!!

Great hospitality

We really enjoyed the open feel of the home and the cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even some snacks and water for us there. Host is very responsive and we would definitely book again!

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay while in town visiting our college kiddo. My husband and I enjoyed the older charm of the home. While the kiddos enjoyed the modern conveniences such as the Wifi and snacks. Perfect fit for us!

Great little house

The house was so cute and clean! We all enjoyed staying there. They had Coffee, water bottles and snacks for us! Highly recommend!!!

Great house. Clean. Comfortable. Would stay again.

This is a very clean, nice house. Loved the decor, the snacks/water and the comment book. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans/utensils/crock pot/etc.. The tower fans available in each bedroom were nice. Beds were comfortable. There were games to play and books to read. Communication was great. We will stay again. The only thing I would change is to put curtains or blinds on the back windows. There isn't a house directly behind this one but it still is a little creepy at night knowing anyone could see in without you knowing. And the sign in the house and on the listing said check out was at 11 but it was really 10am. Thank you for a great stay!! I usually wake up all stuffy when at a hotel, but not here, it was great!

Great Place, Close to TSU

This was a great place to stay after a long day of baseball with our son. Cozy, easy check-in, comfy beds. We appreciated the snacks very much. Kerry was a great host and very responsive.

Cutest little home away from home!

Needed a cozy place to stay for graduation and this was perfect! Kerry had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend. Beds were amazing and my husband loved all the coffee pod flavors and snacks. Can't wait to come back for our next Tarleton event.

TSU visit

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect distance from the college. The location is a little loud on Morgan Mill road with all the traffic. The home is sound and warm in cold temperatures and wind. Needs some attention to paint on inside walls, ceiling, and woodwork. The floors are also well worn and varied in different rooms. Outside backyard was a mess with litter and downed branches. But in the winter, we were not able to use the backyard furniture. The home suited our needs for the weekend.

Great location in Stephenville

Came for a weekend bike ride. The location is great, with large bedrooms and a nice living room. Convenient to Hico and Dublin. The back patio is great for sitting outside and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re in the are

It was awesome

My husband and I were visiting our 2 daughters who attend TSU. The location was a little out of town, which we loved, but still only a couple of miles from the campus. The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and we enjoyed the little basket of treats left :) Thank you, we will stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities

This was the perfect choice for my quick trip to Stephenville to visit my son. He was in need of a home cooked meal and this property was the perfect location . The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking! It truly felt like a home away from home! I look forward to staying here again!

I have not stayed in a more accommodating VRBO! This house was stocked so well for a weekend away and the beds were so comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!
