A great comfortable home away from home

Gail was awesome very attentive, easy to get a hold of, responded quickly, The property was very clean, equipped, & a great location! Can’t wait to go back!

Bay front stay

From now on, I will be staying here whenever I visit Jamaica. It was an amazing experience. My host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. Real delightful experience and I await my next excursion.

Host was very responsive, however property was not what I expected. Beds were not ready for new guests, that is all I will say about that, though this was quickly rectified... Bed sheets were as thin as they get. There is no pool that can be used. Pool was green, green, clearly out of use. Beach could not be used, not even to walk on. Full of seaweed and garbage. Live cockroaches and crawling insects inside property. Told to take out trash, community trash receptacle overflowing. Outside of room smells unpleasant. There is no Beach view. Main deciding factors for staying was in hopes of being able to use the pool and beach, none of which was possible. Property has potential, but needs work...

It is unfortunate that you left those comments although you requested an additional day after your check out date of July 20th. This was confirmed in your messages on the VRBO platform. This can be viewed by customer support. You have also requested a full refund 8 days after your departure which was denied. Thanks again for your booking. My intention is for all my guests to have a great experience.

Wish the beach area was cleaner and trash was removed from the beach. Great potential, great!

Property needs more love. Properties around needs more neighborly care. Lawn treatment and care would be great.

The host was what all host should aspire to be, Gail was professional and paid attention to details. Even though there was an incident it was dealt with appropriately and timely. I would, will and have already begin telling all who will listen about our experience at this location.

I felt like I was at home at this property. It was safe, quiet and not humid because it was by the beach . I didn’t have to use the AC , I only used the fan . The apartment was clean and had everything a person would have in their own home . Everything was well thought about even having candles in the cupboard if there happened to be a power outage . If I am ever vacationing in that area again I will always choose this property . I forgot to mention that there is a pool as well . Book it you won’t regret it!!
