Regarding the outdoor areas, including the pool and backyard, these spaces are exposed to the natural environment and conditions such as leaves, debris, insects, or wildlife activity can occasionally occur between scheduled cleanings, especially during certain weather conditions. Nonetheless, we understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can continue improving the guest experience.
