The combined kitchen/dining/living room has windows on both sides—providing eastern light in the mornings and warm, western sunshine in the evenings. The space also includes a natural gas fireplace, a kitchen equipped well enough for the most discerning home-cook, and multiple seating areas, including a dining table for eight and a kitchen island with seating for three.

On the ground floor, you will find the property’s laundry room, and nestled at the back, with direct access to the shared backyard, is a guest suite with two full day beds and an ensuite bathroom.
