Balcony has automated motorized awning that extends early afternoon and retracts itself at sunset or if needed for weather. Community has guard at entrance, a large (heated) pool, community room, tennis, pickle ball courts, racquetball wall, and bocce ball court. High Speed Wi-Fi internet service is included. I'm originally from North Florida, in the panhandle, and have been in south Florida for over 20 years. I love Jupiter beach! It's a very "happy place" with beautiful beaches, happy dogs running around playing (only in certain areas), and (typically) lots of kite surfers that will amaze you as they fly through the air! Late afternoons are breezy and so relaxing to walk, or just sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean.

I love this home because of it's closeness to the beach. I bought the home and renovated it to be my forever home. A few years later, I fell in love, got married, and moved into his house.
So now I can share this beautiful home and all it's upgraded amenities with guests.
I live about 15 minutes away and am happy to help if there's anything you need before or during your stay.
The development has a large pool that is heated so it's comfortable to swim in during the winter months. In the mornings, some residents swim for exercise, and the afternoons and evenings are comfortably quiet and relaxed. It's a small, friendly community, great for evening walks.
So now I can share this beautiful home and all it's upgraded amenities with guests.
