This charming 1-bdrm is walking distance to Mill Hill, and a bike or short drive away to the ocean or Thetis Lake. With all of the amenities you need to make this suite your home away from home, a quiet neighborhood, and beautiful surroundings, this suite is great for a quick getaway or longer stay as needed.

Key features include a cozy and comfortable queen bed, and bedroom with storage options, and individual baseboard heaters you control yourselves. The bathroom is a 4-piece bathroom and is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker and coffee, tea kettle and more.

Great stay

Check in was easy, the pictures are accurate, the kitchen is well equipped, and Trisha was very responsive! I had a lively and comfortable stay.

Spring Getaway

So many positives!! Loved the keyless entry. The unit was stocked with everything I expected and some that I didn't; including coffee and a basket of water and snacks, and reusable bags for groceries etc!Loved the easy access to the trails just down the street and Trisha was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Great place!

The suite was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Location provided some really good views within just a few minutes walk. It was close enough to downtown to get to but far enough away in a quiet little neighborhood to be out of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the feeling of being in an apartment with all necessary amenities provided. Your attention to detail is commendable :) Your location allowed easy access to downtown Victoria. As well, we loved the little park at the end of the road.

Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia's while we were in Langford visiting friends who were ill. We felt totally free to come and go as we pleased. The keyless entry was very convenient, as was our parking spot just outside our door. The kitchen and bath were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The location was lovely and quiet with a great view just at the end of the street. We would love to stay there again!

Fabulous Suite in Langford

What a wonderful experience. The host was amazing. Trisha responded promptly to all messages and was courteous and professional. The suite was exactly as described and was spotless upon arrival. The main floor suite with a private entrance provided easy access and the appointed parking space was metres from our door. Perfect suite for a couple or single traveller. I will definitely book again when we are in the Victoria area!!

I stayed in Tricia's unit in Lanford again and everything was wonderful. The suite is completely equipped for comfortable living and the bed is particularly impressive. Beautiful, quiet, and cozy

We loved our stay here! The suite was very clean and tidy, the neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet with amazing views from the end of the street, and check in was very easy! Trish is an awesome host and we hope to stay here again in the future!
