A luxurious mountain retreat with high-end finishes in the heart of Breckenridge. Location, finishes, furnishings, and superior amenities make this the gold standard. Located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Park Avenue. Forget the car and walk to skiing (Quicksilver chairlift- 200 yards away), dining, shopping, hiking, and fishing. Remodeled with many upgrades. The in-house Pioneer Club features a concierge desk, ski and bike storage, a heated pool, hot tubs, a steam room, and a fitness center. heated underground parking with elevator. Parking is $15 per night May 1st to October 31st and $25 per night November 1st to April 30th.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The Location was perfect. The owner was very quick in responding and was very nice! We would go back to this condo!

The only downside to the property is that the windows open to Main Street. Very noisy during summer season with construction truck traffic. Otherwise the property is very nice and comfortable

The property was really centrally located. We were able to walk easily all around Breck. The condo was much larger than anticipated and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were convenient, easy to access and overall a great place. The check-in process is a little clunky, but once they figured out it no issues. Do note that there is on-site parking, but it is not free. It was very easy to get your car though. It was a great place in a great location. While we were there, they had a art festival in the village and a farmers market as well.

Clean and cozy condo for a quick weekend getaway with the family. The location was right off of main street which made it super easy to access breweries, shops, restaurants, and the gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Check-in was easy, parking was ideal and we had all of the amenities that we could want. The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants and ski lifts.Communication with our host was excellent! If you’re coming to Breckenridge, stay here. You won’t regret it.

Had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with all utensils and appliances we needed. The location was perfect to walk down to Breckenridge. The Host was prompt to answer any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay at this property in the future!

Great stay in Breckenridge

The condo was the best we have stayed at in Breckenridge. It was clean, spacious, and was in a great location. Parking was easy and having the ski valet as part of the package made out ski trip perfect.

Great place to stay while in Breckenridge

We stayed for a 4 day weekend and could not have been happier. This location is perfect for all things Breck. It is super cozy and comfortable and everytihing we imagined it would be. We would absolutely stay here again and hope.it is available next year when we return.

Great place to stay

Well located with easy access to restaurants, recreation and shopping. Reviews we read before reserving said there was highway noise, but that wasn’t a problem.

The bar accross the street was loud at night making it a little less quiet than anticipated. was expecting a gas fireplace not an electric one, which doesn't make the same atmosphere. There were several lights that didn't work and the wifi didn't work / never showed up to select as a network.

Great slopeside location in Breck Village

Spacious dining/living room made this one bedroom perfect for our small family. Walkable to food, entertainment, ski school and Quicksilver lift.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Laura easy easy, and she was super helpful. We were there in a rainy weekend, which ended up being fun for our family since the condo was well stocked with games. We also love the pool and hot tubs. We had a wonderful trip.

Perfect spot!

We loved staying in this cozy condo right in town! Great access to the mountain and to all the restaurants and shops downtown. Clean and roomy for a couple. Would love to visit again!

Your chairlift is a couple minutes' walk away (300 yards). You will pass the fitness room, outdoor pool and spa on your way to the lift. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
