Charming and comfortable apartment with several sleeping options and new mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen has pots, pans, plates, and cooking utensils. Some spices and oils are also supplied. The bathroom has a clean tub and shower. During good weather you can enjoy the backyard patio and fire pit. Two off street parking spots are available. There is a laundromat nearby as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and other entertainment options such as a movie theater and live music.

House was clean. Window air conditioners kept place cool. Very economical. Parking was easy, neighborhood very quiet. There was some noise and a pet upstairs but it didn't prevent us from sleeping.

Love the vintage house - reminded me of my grandma’s. This part of town is charming with the red brick roads. Was a great place to stay for what we needed. A little more lights would be nice.

We stayed here to attend the local music festival, Porch Rockr. It was ideally located and walking distance to all 39 "stages". We had some minor communication issues that may have been related to the phone app, but overall everything worked out fine. The apartment is in a 100 year old home, but was furnished adequately for an overnight stay. I noticed a lot of people complaining about the broken shower - but I think they didn't figure out that the shower activator was a ring around the tub faucet that you had to pull down. I also spent a few minutes trying to get the broken plunger-style activator on the tub wall working before discovering the correct device to get a full force shower. I would stay here again for the convenience and value for a return trip to this festival.

Given the price, this unit worked great. No issues at all. Some reviews talk about poor water pressure in the shower, it was a typical low flow head. However, if you need to pull down on the bottom of the tub spout to make it work. I suspect that was other people's issue. Good off street parking right at the units entrance.

We stayed while in town for a conference. We appreciated the self-check in, the location, and having two bedrooms. It was neat and clean. We met the people staying upstairs while we were sitting on the porch in the evening, and they were very nice. There were only two towels and the amenity basket was a bit scanty, but it was sufficient for our needs. We walked over the Highland Square for ice cream and felt safe. The living room was a bit warm on arrival but cooled down once we cranked up the AC in the bedrooms. One of the beds is kind of low for a tall person, but otherwise was comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend a night and exactly what we needed.

The place was spotless, beds comfortable, temperature perfect and a very handy car pad for parking. Adorable rental and amazing hosts! They contacted me when they were concerned about our little dog sounding anxious. They are very thoughtful hosts. We hope to rent there again.

Although the property was pet friendly, there was a very strong odor of cat spray inside. There were also moldy dishes next to one of the beds. Unfortunately, my communication with the host was rather rude and dismissive. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would not be able to recommend this location.

Pro: The apartment was clean and centrally located for our needs Con: The shower was broken - which we didn't discover until we went to use it. There was barely a trickle of cold water. We had to use pots to shower. The remote for TV did not work. The towels were shabby and threadbare. The apartment was clean, easy parking but the interior was shabby and the whole shower issue was a big no no

The house was very nice very clean, when I called Egan because I didn't know how to work a shower, he came right back, let me know what was going on so it was perfect and he did a perfect job

Super nice place, very clean and well kept. It was a great location to enjoy coffee in town and enjoy Cuyahoga Valley NP. We were only 7 minutes from the historic railway station. We just got engaged and loved it as a little engagement-moon getaway with our adventure-kitty Maribel. Definitely would stay again our next time in town

The apartment was clean and cozy. The location is great, very close to restaurants and things to do. The only issue we had was we struggled with the check in process. However the host did check in to make sure we were ok, which was appreciated. Would recommend.
