This place is fantastic. Spacious and super clean. Nice yard. It's maybe a ten-minute walk to a big grocery store to the south, and to the north there's a convenience store that's maybe a seven-minute walk. Street was quiet and felt very safe. Air conditioning is excellent. Kitchen thoughtfully stocked.

Beautiful home in great location. Enjoyed our stay while visiting family nearby. The house was very clean and provided all the necessary accommodations. The host was very pleasant and made contact to ensure our stay was satisfactory. We enjoyed some of the local activities to include a fishing charter and Lake Erie Crushers baseball. Overall this was an excellent stay and would surely stay again.

Lovely home! Super clean, beautiful fenced-in back yard for the dog. The host was friendly and responsive. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

This quaint little home was perfect for our needs. While we were really only there to sleep and shower, this home met those needs. What we really liked was the home was well situated to grocery stores, the freeway and our family. The host was attentive. Checked in multiple times to ensure we had a pleasant stay and everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent location and a perfect size for 3 adults. The house was immaculate and exactly how it was advertised. Communication with the host was easy and he was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our visit to Avon Lake. We were within quick driving distance to everything we needed: family, good food and baseball. The house was perfect for my family of 4 and the host made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy as well. We would love to stay again on another visit!

Beautiful location, Awesome host!

My daughter and I stayed here for a little get-away. The area is absolutely beautiful, the house is too. The host is very accommodating and goes out of his way. I would definitely stay again!

This is a charming house with plenty of space for 5 adults. We had our dog with us so the fenced yard was really great. The host was very accommodating and helpful before & during the stay. I arrived a few hours early and they were kind enough to let us in early. Many local businesses were within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Easy Stay

The property was neat and clean. Little extras made the house very pleasant. The location was great, too. Close to essentials and near Lake Erie Beaches. We had a great time!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend get away. It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Coffee was stocked. The washer and drier was an added bonus. Management checked in throughout the weekend and had very quick responses.
