Beautiful End Unit 1308 Condo, Bay Side with Private Boat Slip

This unit has the best view in the complex. This professionally decorated unit with king beds has recently been remodeled and is absolutely stunning. There is unobstructed direct bay views from every window and an ocean view from one of the windows. Your private boat slip is located directly below the balcony for ease of access and security. Fish in the bay or take a short ride to the Gulf (appx. 3 miles) for some fantastic offshore action and when finished clean your catch on the dock at one of two cleaning stations.

If you prefer golf than you can take a short ride to several outstanding public courses in the area. Fort Morgan Park is a couple of miles down the road as well as Bon Secour National wildlife Refuge for the bird watcher or just take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and spend the day. This complex is less crowded, relaxed and friendlier than the more densely developed beaches of Alabama and that is why Navy Cove is so appealing.

Our host Cheryl was friendly and quick anytime we reached out. The condo was nice and clean. The beds and the living room furniture were all comfortable. We enjoyed bringing our boat down and using the boat lift for convenience to Mobile Bay and The Gulf. It has a beautiful view from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!! The condo & balcony views were beautiful. We saw alligators from the balcony and dolphins while boating. We had a wonderful vacation. Cheryl was a great host and quickly responded to our questions. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful bay view from balcony

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, easy to access unit overlooking the beautiful bay.A well stocked kitchen and plenty of space made for a great visit!

Great place to stay and fish!

We really enjoyed this condo, especially the boat lift that came with it! This is a very nice place to vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Will book it again in the future!

Vacation

I would recommend this loverly condo to everyone, very comfortable, the view is great and saw dolphins mostly everyday. There are 3 nice restaurants in the area with delicious food & great drinks.

Great condo

Every thing was as described great view of the bay and across the street was the Gulf the condo is beautifully decorated very quiet and yes we did see gators.Would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely rent again

Can not wait to come back!

This place is AMAZING. We stayed here for my step daughter's graduation from Golf Shores high school and we loved it. The right distance from everywhere yet far enough to be quiet and a peaceful retreat from everything when we needed to. Pool and hot tub where it favorite ways to end our days. Can not wait to come back!

Great Vacation

We stayed 2 weeks in Navy Cove 1308 and had a great time. Went fishing most days and the beach the others! Very convenient having a boat slip! Exactly what we all needed to recharge! So enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was really nice, spacious and clean! It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Cheryl always answered my calls and questions. The windows and door wall would sing when the heavy winds would come from the north. It also would be nice to have one walk-in shower. It is far from the shopping, restaurants and Gulf Shores beaches but the pools and hot tubs were really nice and we watched the young families enjoying the small beach. We were able to watch the sunrises and sunsets. All in all a fantastic stay!! We are hoping to come down for a month next year and hopefully stay in this condo.

A great time

The unit was spotless, and the cleaning staff deserves a thumbs up. The owners answered all my questions and were very helpful. Can't say enough about the views, we did leave one day early due to the hurricane, and while I wasn't too concerned about the impact at Mobile bay the rain for the return trip could be an issue so better safe than sorry. Looking forward to a return stay.

Fantastic Rental

Easy access to the beach and dock. Stunning views. The decor is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels too! Two king size beds that were comfortable and each bedroom had a private bathroom. I definitely would recommend this property if you're staying in the Fort Morgan area.

Beautiful views, convenient location for boating!

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were pleasantly functional. The layout of the property was excellent as you had access to the semi private bayside beach which was relaxing.

Quiet Getaway

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed. The other tenants were friendly. The view was amazing, and the beach area was not crowded. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place to stay.

Great Location, great condo!

Very nice experience from booking to check-out! Condo’s location is AS ADVERTISED! Great view of Mobile Bay, beach (Gulf) just a very short walk. Condo is clean! No bugs!! Love the location! Quiet, out of the way, but close enough to shopping/restaurants. We will be back!!!

Footprints in the sand

Let me start off by saying the pictures of the unit does not do it justice. It is well decorated and stocked with everything that you would need and more.The view to the private beach was exceptionally nice.If you want to unwind and relax this is the place.The place is very quiet and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable, it just felt like home. It was our first time to Alabama Gulf Shores but it won’t be our last, now that we found this gem of a condo. We will book for next year. Thanks Cheryl for being so kind and to answer any questions that we may have had. Very easy to book and quick response. A+++++++++++
