Come relax into nature with water surrounding. while still close to down town! This private 1BR apartment is great for the garden yard, access to Whiskeytown lake & walking trail on the Sacramento River. It's 10 min drive to Whiskeytown beaches and hiking. One mile to coffee shops and downtown Redding & a quick walk to the Sacramento River trail. It is also 10 min drive to Bethel Church (excellent place to stay for conferences or visiting students). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Mini-split heat and AC. Off street driveway parking. ** Just so you have ALL the info… i do live upstairs with housemates. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. However, noise travels quite well so steps above will be heard. :) We really try to be conscientious though. :) From July 20-August 14, 2023 I will be hosting you remotely & will have other guests staying in my home.

This apartment was spacious and lovely. Outside we sat on a delightful patio overlooking the lush ravine and watched the sunset. The grounds were nice and It was a short walk to the Sacramento river trail, which does go along the river. We walked all the way across a bridge into a cute park, about a half hour walk. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I realized we enjoy staying in and making our own breakfast and this VRBO allows you to do just that! Very comfortable accommodations and large smart tv to chill at night after a hard days work…Thank you Lysen

Quiet retreat in a super friendly neighborhood on a dead end road. You couldn’t ask for anything better!
I forgot to say, the plantings for this VRBO and neighborhood are extra special if you are into that type of thing…TAKE A WALK 🫶🏼

Great View

The place was great! We ate breakfast on the patio with a beautiful view of flowers, shrubs, and trees. The bedroom was huge and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed.

Cozy and you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view the gardens are wonderful

A few stumbles on our part not knowing how to work the heaters and it’s a bit nosy up stairs but still very nice Convenient to everything Close to nice walking trails along the river Our stay was very pleasant we will stay again Thank you

Everything we needed

The apartment was exactly as described, check in and check out were very simple. Every time I communicated with the owner she replied promptly. I would stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful week here! Close enough to downtown Redding for us to get to see our son play on the Colt 45s, but also right near the river walk, which was a great walk! Accommodations were nice and WiFi strong in the living room but not really in the bedroom. As my husband was working during the week, it was nice to have the little nook in the kitchen area. We would stay here again!
