Beautiful house at a beautiful and quiet location. Hosts had carefully thought of providing amenities such as oil, basic spices, shampoo, conditioners, hair dryer, extra towels, linens, laundry detergent, fabric sheet softener, plastic boxes. We would love to come back and stay here again in future.

Nice little place outside of the city. 30ish minutes from downtown and 45 minutes from Sonoma.Good views with a smooth check in. Not the cleanest vrbo ive stayed in but it wasnt awful. Very stiff beds. It would get hot in there but we just opened the windows for 15 minutes or so and it would cool down. I thought the plants in the yard and surrounding yards were really pretty. I was also confused on where to park. The listing said there was one spot available but i didnt know exactly where that one spot was so I just parked on the street. Overall id say it was a nice place to stay

The view of the bay and all three bridges was absolutely spectacular at this home. Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful property. The place was clean and properly stocked for our stay and the host was very responsive. I would hands down stay here again.

We used the house as a base to explore the Bay Area. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a view on the bay. For us it was a convenient location as we could take either the ferry or the car to move around. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Perfect for the three of us.

William is a wonderful host. It is pretty, the neighborhood is full of beautiful vegetation. I hear birds all day. It’s just terrific.

We grew up in the Bay Area. Lived in SF for 25 years. Moved back to beautiful Point Richmond 10 years ago for the view and the charming community. We built the guest house 3 years ago and list with VRBO when family and friends are not staying there. We are looking for couples and friends through VRBO who are interested in exploring the Bay Area and Napa and Sonoma Valleys and the north coast.

Point Richmond is an isolated little gem with a colorful village, great views of the mountains and bay, very friendly neighbors, and easy access to all the wonders of Northern California.

Our home is new (3years old) custom designed and nicely finished with a view out the Golden Gate Bridge and across from the City of San Francisco to southern Marin County. Two queen hideaway beds are extremely comfortable and the full kitchen is more than adequately supplied.
