Unwind at our stunning 100 acre working cattle and horse ranch. You'll truly feel like you're in the country despite being 5 minutes from town. Whether you're passing through or staying awhile you'll feel like you have room to breathe.
Enjoy the ranches fresh eggs every morning and all the hotel like amenities WTR has to offer.
WTR is pet friendly too but there is an additional fee. Please mark traveling with pets before completing booking.
Only 57 miles from the majestic Crate Lake National Park , 30 miles from the the pristine water at Wood River and close to five of the most picturesque waterfalls Oregon has to offer.
Communal areas include Indoor basketball, pickleball, and cornhole.

This was my 3rd time staying here and the accommodations continue to be above expectations. The hosts continue to make additions and improvements to the property which make the stay even better.

After days of traveling, multiple airports and hotels we were so glad to be here! Our stay was great. We spent most of our time out of the house but coming in each night was great. The house was so spotless and included all that we needed. Plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. The animals onsite were so sweet. The host included dog treats and donkey treats. We did not give the donkeys their treats because we felt bad doing it in front of the goats but that was a personal choice. Easy drive to Lava Beds, Crater Lake and all the places we planned to visit. The host was responsive and addressed all of our concerns with the nearby wildfires in a very timely manner although she was out of town herself. Will be returning.

Great stay. Our golden retriever loved the donkeys and mini horse! Super clean place and Rebecca was wonderful to work with... Loved this place and would stay again for sure.

Unfortunately,I didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host of the place was extremely kind and returned full refund due to a family emergency hours after I made a reservation and had to cancel. she gave me a full refund although I thought during the process I purchased the refund insurance but for some reason it didn’t go through and so I was scared that I wasn’t gonna get any of my money back, but thankfully she was very,very kind and give me my full refund instantly and It was such a relief due to the family emergency. I would definitely love to stay in the house sometime in the future it looks like a very lovely place

Stopped at this awesome farm for a night and we all wished we could have stayed longer! A beautiful property, the apartment has everything you need and the animals are so fun.

Lovely barn-dominium

It was a quick stop over on a long roadtrip but we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were well done and comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches by the owner like snacks, easy check in/out on the tablet, cozy blankets and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stopping point in Klamath Falls

This property is fantastic and the hosts were super nice and helpful. We stopped here for the night after a Crater Lake visit and heading back to CA. They have a beautiful property that is perfect for walking the dog and seeing the cows, horses, chickens and goats. Great hot tub, BBQ and game area as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay

We needed a close to town, quiet place to stay for a night that was dog friendly. Willow Tree Ranch was perfect. The space was clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming to us and our dogs. We would highly recommend this property to all.

An amazing ranch getaway

Everything about this little "barndominium" was amazing. The stay was incredibly comfortable and extremely accommodating. There were even fresh eggs from their chickens in the fridge waiting for us! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous venue!

This is our second stay at the barndominium and it was just as awesome as the first. The property is serene and beautiful, and the managers couldn’t do a better job of providing absolutely everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. We appreciate them and will be back anytime our travels south or back take us to Klamath Falls. Highly recommend this property.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely little space tucked onto the most adorable ranch. The property is absolutely aesthetically pleasing, peaceful, and incredibly clean; truly a breath of fresh air from the moment you arrive.The hosts did not miss a single detail. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches everywhere; snacks, tea, and even fresh farm eggs waiting for us. Those small details made such a big difference.We loved visiting the donkeys, goats, and chickens it added so much charm and character to the experience. And the hot tub area was such a treat, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.One of my favorite touches...Fresh flowers on the dining room table! It made the whole space feel extra welcoming and special.Dog friendly as well, which Fozzie Bear gives a 5 star too. His favorite thing to do was visit the donkeys; Cinnamon and Hazel, instant friends!Highly recommend this beautiful little getaway.

Rebecca, the host, was amazing! She was quick to reply and always friendly and accommodating. Because of her attentiveness, I was able to book the party suite at the last minute for a family get-together. It was an amazing experience! The grounds were breathtaking! The Christmas decorations added a wonderful holiday ambiance. The donkeys and goats were fun to pet and feed. We were able to see the chickens, cows, and horses. The grandkids had a blast playing in the indoor court as exactly described in the property listing. I'm not sure who all the different ranch hands were, but they were also very kind and accommodating. If you think you're ready to try the country life, I absolutely recommend this ranch.
