Fenced in yard and deep woods at the back of the property create a quiet and private space. Heated saltwater gunite outdoor pool with hot tub and poolside outdoor kitchen with grill and stainless-steel sink. Spacious eat-in kitchen with dining room table and separate outdoor pergola perfect for entertaining. Spacious living room with wood burning fireplace and separate den for kids to play. Mudroom with full washer and dryer. Cross the street for drinks or dinner at Duryea's and the entrance to Orient Beach State Park (bike (10 min), run or drive into the park itself), 10 min walk to the beaches of Orient Point County Park, 20 min bike / 5 min drive to historic Orient town center and Truman's Beach (beach guest pass available).

Great location and charming house. Lovely property and the pool was absolutely a highlight. Rob was welcoming, easy to communicate with and made it so easy from start to finish. Bike rentals absolutely recommended. The area is perfect for them.

We had the best stay at The Orient Farm House for our family vacation this summer. The house is charming, furnished beautifully and clean. The property is gorgeous and a perfect space to host a big family or friends. The pool is nice with a hot tub and big rustic barn as your back drop.Rob was a fantastic host start to finish- super communicative throughout the stay. He even proactively sent us a ton of rainy day activities for kids along the way. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great week in Orient Point! Rob is a wonderful host—always very responsive—and the house was quiet, charming, very comfortable, fully equipped, and quite relaxing. Our family of 5 slept like babies. The kitchen has everything you need to take advantage of all of the North Fork farm stands. The pool is a showstopper! You can walk across the road to Duryea’s, the ferry, the Jitney, and the Orient Point state park with a lively bay beach. Close to Greenport and Southold if you want to explore or dine in the local towns too. Thanks Rob for a great week!

Beautiful home & great hosts!

We had such a nice weekend here. Check-in was super easy and flexible. The hosts were welcoming and available for any questions. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Can’t beat the location

We rented this house for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and the grounds were stunning for photos. Rob was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and overall a perfect host both before and throughout the weekend making sure every little thing was taken care of. Could not recommend this home enough.

Total gem of a place. Charming and beautiful property, very relaxing and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our three young children - who made great use of the large outdoor space, trampoline, tire swing and pool. Great location with a quiet beach a short walk away, as well as Orient State Park. We really enjoyed exploring the area, and all it has to offer - loved the farm stands, golf, wineries and Greenport restaurants. The host was very responsive and provided some great recommendations. We would absolutely recommend!

A Perfect Weekend in Orient Point

Our stay at this beautiful home in Orient Point was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Robert with warm hospitality and a well-maintained, cozy home. The backyard with the pool is a great spot to just relax and take a dip when youre not at the beach. The property is ideally located not far from the beach and has a great restaurant walking distance from the home. Overall would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and much larger than it appears in photos. Well stocked, huge eat in kitchen, comfortable beds with soft sheets, beautiful, huge heated pool nice and clean. It is like being on a private estate with exquisite grounds. First time to North Fork, it is bucolic as is the property. Southport looks like Chatham without the exorbitant prices. The downtown of Orient is adorable. Robert the owner is very laid back and responded immediately with any questions. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great stay in Orient Point

Beautiful farmhouse with a gorgeous pool! We had a great time at the house! Robert was quick to respond if we needed anything and he met us at check in to show us around, he went above and beyond as a host! The house is well equipped for a family, kitchen has everything you need, pool toys, beach gear, etc all available for our use. Loved the location! Across the street from Dureya’s for lunch or dinner and then a short bike ride down to Orient state park beach and a beautiful nature walk right outside our door. Close proximity to farm stands and fresh oysters and a short drive into Greenport. We enjoyed your stay immensely!

We had a spectacular time at this gorgeous farmhouse in Orient Point! The property is beautifully maintained—the grounds are so well kept and manicured that it felt like stepping into a little piece of paradise. The house itself is both charming and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet surroundings.One of the biggest highlights was how much our dogs loved it here. They had the best time exploring and enjoying the fresh air (not to mention the heated pool). It’s not always easy to find a place that’s truly dog-friendly, but this home was perfect for them.The location was great too, with so many beaches nearby. Made our mornings and evenings extra special, and it was wonderful to have such easy access to the water.We wish we could have stayed longer. The owners are very welcoming and made themselves available whenever questions needed answers. Definitely 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Orient Point farmhouse. The house is truly idyllic and picture-perfect, complete with apple trees and a tire swing. It has so much charm and feels like the quintessential North Fork escape.The house is incredibly comfortable and in an ideal location, right across the street from Orient Beach State Park, which made for the most gorgeous morning walks and views. The pool and hot tub were incredible, and the house itself had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, there were tons of games, and there was plenty of space to relax and spend time together.The owner was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The level of thoughtfulness and hospitality felt much more akin to staying at a great hotel than a typical rental.It’s perfect for families or groups, and the location is hard to beat. It’s peaceful and scenic, close to the beach, and less than a 15-minute drive to Greenport for restaurants, shopping, and everything else.We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again!
