Summary:
This newly remodeled, Penthouse unit is the perfect place to enjoy the city and come back to a space that is relaxing and contains a fully stocked kitchen! Your large group will have plenty of beds/space. The unit is approx. 1,800 sq/ft. There is a total of 7 queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms.

A+ location, located @ North and LaSalle.

Parking: There is a parking garage 1 block away that you can walk to in about 45 seconds. Spots are rented for around $15 a night! Park many cars!

The bathrooms didn't seem like they had been cleaned before we checked in. There were cobwebs and bugs and dust. One of the couches in the living room was completely unusable because there were springs sticking up out of the seat cushion. The kitchen area was fine and the bedrooms had enough space to host the people listed. And the location is about as good as you can get. With better cleaning and some furniture upgrades, this could be a much better VRBO experience.

Certainly not the cleanest. The walls and baseboards were incredibly dirty. The couches in the living room need to be replaced - one of the cushions has a broken spring sticking out. Many chairs were wobbly and cabinet doors with broken hinges. The living room rug was stained and dirty. Good location but the building was gross and unkept.

Great place for big groups!

Great rental experience for a bigger group! It’s a good location to get to both Lincoln Park and Downtown, and we all loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Location is A plus for old town neighborhood. It is a third floor unit with only steps (only issue). Overall great place with tons of sleeping area.

Place was great for our group of 10! Close to a bunch of bars and restaurants and short uber to most attractions. There are more stairs than we expected for someone disabled in our group (4-5 flights) but we made it work

I completed the check in form online and we waited 2 hours before we received the check in information. Our group had gone to the beach and wanted to check in before going to dinner and getting cleaned up. We waited for the host to get back to me and even called support but no one was able to help us. I finally got a text with the codes to enter but it wasn’t until 7:11 PM. Also, the 3 flights of stairs leading up to the apartment were dirty. The apartment was fairly clean and the setup was good but the living furniture needed replacement and the mattresses were very hard. Also, my grandson found a bug on the pillow.

Great location in Old Town with plenty of space for the whole family. The property was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed… except ice trays.

Great location, lots of space

It was super easy to get to. Great location right in old town. Just a couple blocks from the park and an easy walk to the lake. Definitely a good price and exactly what we needed.

Great location!

This rental was a great location and comfortable for our large group of 9- could have easily fit more. The apartment itself is very no frills, but easy to find, spacious, and a good deal. Dan was very responsive.

This was a great location for the 2025 Chicago Marathon. Could watch our runner in two locations. Host was quick with replies, very easy check in/out, plenty of space and beds. There are steps to the unit if that is an issue for you but it was fine for us. We used the parking garage across the street thru Spot Hero. Would stay here again.

Great Place, Great For Groups

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. It’s in a great safe location for getting just about anywhere in the city. There’s a parking garage across the street that you can get great deals with using Spot Hero. The unit was obviously recently renovated And worked out great. Lots of beds and space!
