Exactly as described. Loved the hot tub at the end of a busy day. Everything was great. All updated and very comfortable. Close to stores and parks. The owner kept in contact with all the information we needed and sent us info about the local area. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very comfortable stay with many thoughtful amenities available to use. The interior was very clean and well appointed with everything you would for a comfortable stay. The outside space in back was perfect with a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Don’t forget some fire wood. The location in Wartburg is very convenient and close to many parks for outdoor activities. Oak Ridge is a short drive away, and offers more opportunities for activity. Adam our host was very responsive and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. We own recreational property in the area and it was super convenient for us to get to.We would definitely stay again when we visit the area again.

The property was exactly what we needed for the night before the Escape from Brushy Mountain 5K. Clean, quiet, comfortable, with plush linens and bedding. If you are there in summer, be sure to find the snowflake on the mini-split remote, as that’s the cooling mode. I did not perceive from the photos that the loft is accessed by a vertical ladder which was not a problem for me, but it’s something to know before you go. The kitchen was well-equipped and the hot tub was very clean. I walked around barefoot indoors for the entire stay and I commented that my feet looked perfectly clean.

Traveled to Wartburg to run a race in Frozen Head State Park. I traveled with my mother. The location, condition of property, ease of check-in, everything, was excellent. The pictures were very accurate and worth looking at in detail to make sure the property meets your needs. This was a great alternative to a hotel room and it best considered that way. This is really a studio with a loft. As the pictures show, there is no large dining table or doors between bedrooms. This was a not an issue for us because we were considering a 2 queen bed hotel room as an alternative. This rental far exceeds a hotel room and I would choose it every time. If you are looking for a place to accommodate 2 different groups of people (2 couples for example), just realize there is no privacy between bedrooms and if you are on different sleep schedules, it is going to be a tough trip. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor space too much but the seating area and hot tub looked top notch. If the layout suits your needs, I would absolutely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property with plenty of amenities and a stylish contemporary design. It was very quiet and we felt safe while staying here. I’d recommend it for anyone wanting a convenient location to stay while enjoying this beautiful part of Tennessee!

Adorable little cottage! Backyard oasis with fire pit and hot tub (you'll need to bring your own logs fyi). Close proximity to Brushy Mtn Penitentiary tour which was really interesting and enjoyable.

Simply wonderful

A little gem nestled in the mountains. It has everything you need to enjoy a getaway from home. The hot tub was clean and hot, backyard and privacy fence was perfect. It’s exactly as advertised.

This home is pretty much in the city but it feels like you're in the country. The back yard is very private.We were not there long enough to explore the area other than the nearby Potters Falls. It is pretty close to a distillery which I would do on the next visit.

Family getaway

Our family had a great time! Beautiful places to see close by. The community was very welcoming, we really enjoyed the short distance to MoCo brewery for both adult beverages and coffee! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size. We definitely will be back!

Perfect weekend get-away! Roomy a-frame with high ceilings that make it bigger than what the pictures show. Perfect for my husband and I. The hot tub was amazing!

It was a cute little place to stay. Clean and neat had everything we needed. The only drawback is the bedrooms have no closets and to get to the loft bedroom you have to climb a fireescape like ladder and is difficult
