We loved this property. We were eight longtime friends all in our 70s. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great! We would definitely come back again!

Great property with an awesome view of the lake! We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and eating dinner with the family at night.

We rented this for my husband’s 60th birthday. We had a great stay!! The beds were so comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The grill was on the smaller side but worked perfectly for what we needed. The only downside was some loud traffic noise on the last night due to nearby construction, but aside from that it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider returning!!

The house has a beautiful view of the lake. Yes, there are power lines in front and some traffic noise but we did not let any of that deter the 7 of us from having relaxing mornings and evenings looking out onto the gorgeous lake. That kitchen, gathering room and dining room were comfy and large enough for our group to spread out or get cozy if we wanted. The island is huge and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and cleaning essentials. Beds and baths were great and again well stocked with toiletries. Communication was spot on. Every question we had was answered promptly. Lake Tahoe and the area are amazing! We had a fabulous time!

great rental - excellent location

Very nice vacation rental. The house is well-maintained, with plenty of space, and in a great location that was close to 267 and Kings Beach (to the East) and Tahoe City (to the West). Property managers are very accessible and responded quickly to our messages.

Awesome place to spend time with friends. We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us. The traffic noise and high power lines off the deck were a bit disappointing but the view was exceptional.

Lovely stay

Everything was clean and lovely the only complaint will be we found droppings of mouse in the cabinet that spins next to the stove. Just a heads up.
