Great Time & Experience

Our family reunion was a huge success and due a large part to our wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautifully appointed and had everything needed for a great beach vacation. Kelli is an attentive host. We will stay here again!!

Exceeded our expectations!!

I would highly recommend this place and it was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Very cozy, inviting, clean, cute and very well stocked. Loved the heated pool and that it was within walking distance to the beach. Owner, Kelli was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond. Thank you Kelli

Just awesome!

Everything was just as described. Kelli, the host, was simply amazing. She was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our family reunion, coupled with my wife’s birthday, just amazing. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Pool, and beds great. Thank you Kelli and the Waters edge. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our family spring break

The house was as advertised: well decorated, clean and comfortable, with ample space for our group. The pool and game room were a hit. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. The record player and yoga studio with exercise equipment were special touches that you don't often see in rental properties. Kelli was a great host --very responsive. We highly recommend it!

Family vacation spring break 2023

We've rented many VRBO'S and by far this one was the best. The house is in an ideal location, very spacious, (fit all 10 of us comfortably) and is well equipped. Kelli, the host is the best! It was our privelidge that we got to meet her in person. The ease of communicating with Kelli, and promptness in her responses was impressive. She's the host with the most! Our family is looking forward to our next stay.

Laidback vacation oasis

There were 9 of us total just spending some much needed family time together. Three children 11 years old down to 8 years old. They had plenty of space to play and plenty available to play with. The adults had plenty of space to roam, kick back, relax, and enjoy the downtime. The house was by far the best equipped I have ever had the pleasure to experience, and the most comfortable and cozy, too! Kelli has been amazing to communicate with, especially when our trip has been scheduled for months and Hurricane Milton decided to possibly join us! Luckily the house was completely missed by the hurricane(s) and we got to enjoy our vacation anyway! The pool was perfect for everyone, the yard was great for our 2 small yorkies, parking was plentiful. The house more than exceeded our expectations and if you have a larger group, I strongly encourage staying here! There wasn’t anything that we could have needed that wasn’t provided at the house (not counting consumables of course). Thank you again Kelli for our amazing stay!
