Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of nightlights and kitchenware (our coffee drinkers kept remaking the 4 cup percolator pot). Loved the location next to Publix and close to Trash Pandas stadium. The games were an added bonus since we had a rainy week and were inside more than usual. Our young granddaughter loved the keyboard and singing in the karaoke microphone. Would definitely recommend for a family stay! Host was excellent - answering quickly any questions we had!

Excellent property! The layout was conducive to all that was needed to have a joyous vacation. Some of the rules seemed to be a little extreme. For example, the restriction on having visitors who drop by to say hello. Also, we felt as if we were constantly monitored. Because of that we did not know if cameras were inside as well as outside. Another example, I go to the grill and prepare to use it, I get a message, "Make sure you clean the grill". In my opinion, that communicated that I have no regard for rules.Overall, it was a great stay! We had the same property in 2024 and hope to reserve it again for our next trip to Huntsville.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us again. We’re delighted you enjoyed the home, its layout, and that it provided a great setting for your vacation. We truly appreciate your repeat business and are glad you’re considering returning. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding our house rules and communication. Our policies, including those regarding visitors, are in place to protect the property, comply with insurance and occupancy requirements, and ensure a positive experience for all guests. We also want to clarify that all security cameras are located outside the home, are fully disclosed in our listing, and there are no cameras inside the property. We would also like to clarify that we did not send a message instructing you to clean the grill during your stay. Any routine reminders we send are intended to be helpful and to ensure guests have a smooth checkout experience, not to imply that anyone has disregarded the house rules. Thank you again for your stay. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

The townhouse was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. We had zero issues between the check-in process, during the stay, and the check-out process. Plenty of space for all of us in our group and all the amenities needed. We’ll definitely be coming back if another event brings us in the Huntsville area
