Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, easy to access on the first floor and and had all the. essentials! The kitchen was pleasant to cook in with new appliances and the property is very nice and well kept with simple parking and a beautiful lobby. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony with a view of mountains. There is also access to the bike trail system right out the front door. Just a tip if you’re staying when it’s hot, maybe bring a box fan. It wasn’t terrible but a tad stuffy if you like it cool when you sleep. Thanks so much for being great hosts and making our stay in Mammoth awesome!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time! The place was nice, spacious and clean. The property management were great and responded immediately to my text. I would stay there again!

Amazing location, well-stocked unit, unresponsive staff

This comfortable 2-bedroom unit at Juniper Springs is in the most amazing and convenient location. The Eagle lift is a short walk up the hill in ski gear. We treated the condo like our own, removing our shoes upon entering and placing our snow boots in the plastic tray. We were mindful of keeping the carpet and furniture clean. It appears others renters have not taken the same care. There is wear and tear in the unit (snagged my shirt on a splintered door frame) but for our mountain vacation, it was perfect. We had to email 3 times about a clogged bathroom sink which would not drain. We realize there was a snowstorm so we weren’t too upset about the 2 day delay, but it meant all 6 of us had to share one bathroom sink in the morning and evening to brush our teeth, which was an inconvenience, especially at the high rate. We thought about using the kitchen sink, but we cooked a lot and it seemed unsanitary to spit in that sink. Unfortunately, we had some engine trouble, and we texted prior to 6pm on Saturday (their instructions warn you not to expect any help outside of 9-6pm, and tell you if your life is in danger, call 911) to ask if there would be any flexibility for a checkout later than 10am on Sunday (we offered to pay an additional fee). We also asked if there was availability if we needed to extend our stay in case Highway 395 was still closed on Sunday and/or if our car’s engine was still in disrepair. We also emailed, but we NEVER heard back from the property rental company, so we vacated the unit by 9:30am Sunday and waited in the beautiful lobby. I’m sure they are super busy, but just don’t expect any reply outside of normal business hours. They don’t seem very accommodating. Even a quick text “Sorry, no late check out available, no availability to extend your stay” would’ve been helpful. It was a stressful time trying to get our engine fixed and wondering if the highway would reopen- we were just looking at options. The front desk told us THEY had availability, so we weren’t too worried. The front desk also rents out units for condo owners who use their service, rather than management companies like Ready4Rentals. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to stay here. Renting directly through Juniper Springs seems like it will give you more flexibility if you happen to run into travel/weather problems.

Modern, high quality Amenities in Excellent Location

First floor Condo with direct access to lobby, pool, and garage. Easy access to Eagle Lodge. High quality furnishings in condo. Modern appliances and useful ski storage / drying racks. There are no food amenities other than salt and pepper. No need to bring extra soap, paper towels or even toilet paper as suggested by property manager. There were extras of all these. Make sure to ask for a parking pass if one is not provided to you. The parking key pass allows you access to the garage but a pass on the dashboard is required by the Lodge.
