This updated four-bedroom, two-bath Las Vegas home comfortably hosts groups of up to 14. The open layout gives everyone room to gather, while four bedrooms and two full bathrooms make it easy to settle in after a day around the city.

The home sits in a residential neighborhood with convenient driving access to the Las Vegas Strip, downtown, the Motor Speedway, Red Rock Canyon, and other area attractions. Longer-stay inquiries are welcome.

GOOD TO KNOW
• This home welcomes dogs only. A $150 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking; unauthorized pets or non-dog animals may incur a $300 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may incur a $250 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hourly fees.
• Unapproved late check-out may incur a $50 fee.
• Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

This house was perfect for us. We only had 6 adults there. We each had our own bedroom and the house was clean the host was easy to deal with and we loved the kitchen

So much better than a hotel

Fantastic stay! I would highly recommend! Why stay in a small hotel room when you can have a wonderful house to relax in? Perfect host!

From check in to check we had a great time! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was exactly as described and the hosts were always very responsive.

Perfect for what we needed

Very clean property, great location for us and everything we were looking for during our 5 day work trip. Property manager was very quick to answer any questions. Woukd definitely stay again.

Comfortable home away from home

This was a comfortable home away from home, very roomy, dog friendly was a high priority for us with a nice backyard. The massage chair was a surprise bonus in the master bedroom. On our next visit to Las Vegas, we intend to stay here again.

Lots of room

If you’re looking for lots of room. This is the place. Super awesome large tv which my grandkids loved. The neighborhood was nice. Felt safe there. We enjoyed our visit.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house was perfect for family members in a wheelchair and several over 65. A nice open space with perfect seating, a welcoming kitchen and accessible bedrooms.

Car show weekend

Property was great for our event. It’s a little far away from the Vegas Strip, but for us it was right where we wanted to be, close to the Vegas motor speedway Also garage access was what we needed, many properties do not allow garage access as it is typically for owner use only Great stay, thank you

Beautiful and comfortable

Needed someplace to stay with extended family. We were anticipating 10 people, but turned out only 6 could make it. House was clean and super spacious. Host was easy to get in touch with and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Supplied accordingly to number of guest staying

Nice modern property. 14 guest for a week stay had lack of paper towels,toilet paper not enough towels or wash cloths supplies for only 3 guest. Contacted owner only sent paper towels.

Guys weekend at SEMA product show

Upon arrival one restroom had quarter roll of TP. Reached out to contact several times and were told someone would be by to restock, which never happened. Always should have at least one to two rolls of TP per bathroom. Otherwise yes would stay again.

Best ever!

Stayed 7 days to attend our son’s wedding with adult kids and grandchildren of various ages from teens to 7 month old. Home is beautiful, well kept and accommodated 14 of us. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and in a location close to everything we needed. We loved the “dormitory “ that sleeps 8 in double bunk beds. That was popular with the young cousins. Beds were comfortable, pantry was stocked well with pots, pans and dinner plates to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner. Communication with host was excellent and responses to questions were answered swiftly. Could not have found a nicer place to stay with family. Thank you for your the use of your lovely and very comfortable home.

Great location! Plenty of Room. Just missing a couple of items.

Wonderful stay - quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again in the fam if available. Just a few minor annoyances. Great location for my needs in N Las. Vegas. First off - no blender. First shirt term rental I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade without one. When contacting management they just replied with ‘we’re sorry’. Secondary - minimal cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish soap, etc in the kitchen. Finally, the floor didn’t seem to have been mopped in a while. And the house air filters were very dirty - not sure when they were last replaced. Hot water went out twice while I was there. Management was quick to respond the first time and had a plumber out the next day to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater. Pilot light went out again and infixed it again.
