Perfect place for our group of 12 . Beautiful views ! Grandchildren loved the pool and spent every night in it! Beds were very comfortable! If we ever go back will definitely stay here again. The Island was beautiful

My husband and I came to this home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We brought our kids and grandkids and the views were absolutely breathtaking. There were 9 of us and we had so much space. Everyone had their own bedrooms with stunning views from each room. The house is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed several family meals together. The property is close to activities and restaurants with just a short drive and come back and enjoy the beautiful sunset in a quiet relaxing neighborhood.

Everyone enjoyed the stay, house is as advertised. Ten guest, 7 days, everyone was comfortable, fun for the kids, great views, cooked in for 10 most nights, and two washers and dryers so no problem with laundry. Close enough to get to activies in short time, far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, relax and unwind.

Host was very welcoming and answered all questions quickly. House was beautiful. Only disappointing part was the pool. Too cold to use and only 2 lounge chairs.

Great location and view. Great value. The concierge and host were very helpful with transportation, chef services, and charter options. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to the situation in Venezuela. We needed to extend our stay and they discounted our rate. These are good people.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our group of 8 had more than enough space—the house is huge with plenty of rooms and common areas. The views were stunning, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend

House was fabulous. Rooms were all as pictured. Kitchen was huge and perfect for our large group. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus, able to store both food and beverages easily. Modern style of the house felt luxurious. Bathrooms were well equipped and the spa showers were fantastic. Every bedroom was large and spacious with furniture to unpack everything including great closet space. So many outdoors spaces to entertain ourselves whether playing cards, talking or just places to relax and unwind. We could all be together or all be in separate locations. The hot tub was a great bonus. We would highly recommend Paradise Palms.

Palm Paradise

Beautiful views, very clean. Nice ammenities. We enjoyed our time there. A little challenging getting to the house but all in all a wonderful vacation.

House was perfect for our party of 11. All the communication for the host was very helpful to prepare us for out trip. The house has lots of entertainment space for everyone and the kitchen had two refrigerators which was really nice. We played games and used the poker table. The pool was impeccable, very clean and several people used the pool throughout our trip. The hot tub was not in service during our visit. We rented 3 vehicles and had room to park them all. We hired a driver that could drive an open-air vehicle to the house, it was very helpful, so we did not have to drive our cars at night when we went out for dinner. We had an issue with one of the brand-new room air conditioning units throwing error messages when we arrived and I reached out to the maintenance phone number given via email on our arrival text and they arrived within the hour to fix it. The room cooled quickly and we had no issues with the air conditioning the rest of the trip. This was a beautiful home with amazing outdoor seating and fabulous views. There were power outages on St. Thomas, but the generator for the house worked the entire time, so we never had power issues. The beaches in St. Thomas are amazing! Highly recommend this house!!!

Great home with amazing views

We had a great stay. The property management team was responsive and the home was spacious with many options and fantastic outdoor spaces to relax and take in the views. Would rent again.

Spectacular views!

This villa was spacious and had everything you could want. The views were stunning. It was difficult to locate initially with many sharp, steep hidden turns. Absolutely recommend this villa.

Amazing Views

Paradise Palms was a wonderful location for us!! We liked the proximity to Red Hook & Sapphire Beach. We were able to hangout all together but also have our own space. The game room was also a hit! I would recommend staying here.

St Thomas getaway

The property was beautiful & the view fabulous. The game room was a hit with the kids. The location was good. Short drive to wherever you want to go. Pack your mosquito repellent if you want to sit out at night.

Amazing Property

This property was beautiful. We didn't want to leave. It was very clean and well kept. The views from the property are stunning. The kids in our group loved playing all the games. Highly recommend!

Great house… beautiful views!

Loved our stay here! Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved having their own bathroom… Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Loved the waves crashing onto the rocks below. Air conditioning was awesome, kitchen was awesome, beds were so comfortable. We had a very memorable vacation here at Patadise Palms. 😍

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms. The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The host was amazing—extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. The concierge service was outstanding and really elevated our experience.One of the highlights of our stay was having a couple of incredible meals prepared at the house by Chef Le Ann and her assistant Chunky from Ultimate Chef. The food was absolutely delicious, and they were both professional, friendly, and so much fun to be around. It was truly a special experience.We also enjoyed the hot tub and spending time taking in the view. While a few amenities differed slightly from the photos, (the outside furniture and some of the deck being blocked off), and the pool was not heated so it was a bit too cool for us to use during our stay, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the home overall.Paradise Palms is a gorgeous place with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

Incredible!

We had a great time in St. Thomas with Paradise Palms as our base. The home is absolutely spectacular with its balcony and outdoor space looking Tutu Bay. Thank you so much to Carrie for her help with the reservation, answers to many questions, smooth checkin, and just overall incredible stay. We will be back!
