The house was great! I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay while in Kansas City. I only knocked one star off on the cleanliness because my family and I saw some hair on the shower walls but other than that, the house was pretty clean. We also appreciated the A/C being on and the house being cool when we got in. I highly recommend staying here!

Very cute 3 bedroom cottage on a cul-de-sac. There is some highway noise, but it is not too bad. The home is easy to find. Inside is very cozy & comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, & all linens, towels, & toiletries were available. The host has thought of everything you might need for your stay, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets for chilly nights, games for children, & toys for your furry friend. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place to stay for our trip to a baseball game. Easy check in to a very cozy and comfortable home. Definitely will stay again on our next trip to KC!

This is an adorable cottage home! Clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable! The host was great and very responsive! If we return to the area, this will be the place we choose to stay again!

The property was not taken very good care of. The outside grass was very high and the driveway and garden was loaded with weeds. The inside was not clean and the kitchen ceiling was falling down. I read all the reviews prior to booking this property and they were very positive. We were very disappointed in our stay.

To respond:I was unaware of the ceiling, but it has now been taken care of. The lawn service has also been made aware.

We loved our stay, the house was so perfect for a chill bachelorette weekend trip before the wedding and the end of our college semester craziness. It is in a great location with a lot of nearby shopping, dining, and not too far from downtown KC.

It’s a very cozy place. It was close to all the shops Jace’s we needed to go. Restaurants and fast food down the street and a lot of shops.

Had a lovely stay!! The place was exactly what we were looking for, cozy and quiet. The fire pit in the yard was a great touch for the chilly evenings.

Pans in kitchen need to be replaced. Decorating was cute. Maybe a bit more than nessessary. Two bedrooms could have dressers. Over all a good feeling and good stay. Would say yes to again if we go back to that city.
