Located in the exclusive Sea Tree Estates, this stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath villa provides a remarkable home away from home. Hints of Asian influence blend with Balinese design, creating an enchanting atmosphere framed by phenomenal ocean views. Heighten your experience of the stunning environment in the villa's outdoor dining room, discreet outdoor showers and shaded terraces perfect for an afternoon nap. Parking:
Parking space is limited. No more than 10 cars may be parked on the property during your stay and event.
All cars must be parked inside the property gate. Event day only parking can be arranged in advance to park inside the community. You can arrange for your guests to shuttle to the property from
nearby parking areas as well.
Restroom Facilities
There are only 2 bathrooms that are not located inside a bedroom.
For events over 100 guests, an
additional bathroom must be brought in every 100 guests over the first hundred.
Example: If you expect 125 attendees at the event, then portable restroom must be added. 225 people, 2 portable restrooms.
Catering
The villa staff shall not be used for catering the event. All food and beverage for the event will be provided by an outside catering company.
Renter will be responsible and held liable for any missing or damaged kitchenware or appliances.
Security.
Renter will be charged $10 per hour for the main-gate security guard to operate the gate outside of normal working hours and for the duration of the event.
Any additional security required will be at the expense of the renter.
Generator
It is the responsibility of the renter to rent a generator to supply power to the air- conditioning units and for any additional power needed for the event. Renter is also responsible for the fuel cost to run the generator.
The home operates on solar electricity and is limited with the amount of electricity available.
Cleaning
It is the responsibility of the renter to return all furniture to its original placement as it was found upon entering the villa and to clean up after the event.
An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged for the extra cleaning staff needed to thoroughly clean the property after all vendors and guests have left.
Deposit
There will be a refundable $3000 security deposit required at booking for any event. In lieu of thesecurity deposit, guests can purchase a $100 insurance policy at checkout that covers any accidental damage up to $5000.
Currency
All prices are listed in US dollars.
Next Day Reservation
If you schedule an evening event, your reservation should include the day after your event so that you can adequately clean up and put everything back where you found it when you checked in (dishes, furniture and beds in their original positions).
