Vintage 3 bedroom 1 bath farmhouse located on a 5 1/2 acre working peach orchard in the heart of fruit and wine country. Nice walk or bike ride to wineries, orchards and shuttle stop for festivals. Step back in time and enjoy a slower pace here at the farm. Great view of the Grand Mesa from the front porch. Original farmhouse kitchen. Train lovers will enjoy watching the train go by!

Everything about the property was as written. Largest drawback is the train that goes by frequently but that was fully disclosed. Everything we needed was there and ready for us. I would certainly consider staying there again.

Perfect location for winery trip. Well appointed Old house, very well kept up, great to be an able to walk the property, peaceful, clean, felt like home, appreciated the history of the property.

A cozy house in a great location

This farmhouse is in the heart of Palisade and close to everything. It has a great farmhouse charm, plenty of parking and the rooms are comfy.

Excellence in wine country

Quaint farmhouse located in the middle of Pallisade, less than a mile from Carboy winery, easy ride to downtown Palisade. Clean, well kept property with a responsive and helpful owner. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely quaint farmhouse near a bunch of farms/ wineries. House was comfortable and worked great for us and our pets. My dog particularly loved the front yard where he could run and play. We went during a heat wave but the air conditioners worked well and releived us from getting overheated during the 100 degree weather. Trains do come by often (even during nightime) and they do lay on their horn as required when crossing streets where cars could be driving so if you are a light sleeper like us, please bring a good sound machine to use so you are not woken up by the noise. We had a small issue one night with the power goign out to the house but the owner had given me their number so I contacted them to let them know (at 4am none the less) and they were quick to respond and let us know there was an outage in the area. Overall, lovely stay. Was a great place to be for my 30th Birthday. :)

Girls Wine Trip

Four of us stayed at this lovely home for a fun girls weekend. The location is great and centrally located to all of the wineries. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great house to stay in.

Great house to stay in. Well equipped. The trains are noisy though. Not terrible but it is a very active line. I’d definitely stay again.

Cute little farmhouse

We had such a lovely stay this weekend while we skied at powderhorn. It was great to be surrounded by the orchards, and the location was super convenient. We were prepared for noisy trains at night, but they never bothered us. I would definitely come back!

Quaint Farmhouse

Very nice, clean and comfortable farmhouse just steps away from a working peach orchard. Enjoyed a very relaxing weekend on Colorado's Western Slope. Train tracks are close by - the earliest train we heard was about 7:30 AM and it was not very loud nor was the horn blown more than two or three times. We would definitely stay again!

This is a cute little house with comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen is fully stocked. Nice front porch for sitting. The house is super clean and comfortable. The only downside is the trains going by very close to the property. if you are an early riser this isn't too big a deal but it is LOUD!

Great place, great time !

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Palisade and this little farm house is spotless, conveniently located, has all the amenities and perfect in every way. Don’t hesitate, book this comfortable house, bring your bikes and enjoy all Palisade has to offer. No need to drive, biking is a great way to safely experience the town and wineries. Yes there is train tracks close by but didn’t bother us a bit. If the trains wake you up then it just means you need to go ride the National Monument and you will sleep through anything. Great ride, don’t miss it if you are a biker! We will be back!

Coutry charm

Sweet throw back to a slower paced lifestyle in this farmhouse conveniently located in a peach orchard close to historic downtown Palisade, wineries, and event venues.We had five adults here to attend a wedding at one of the venues. Getting ready was a bit tricky with just the single bathroom, but we made it work just fine. Perhaps another mirror or two outside of the bathroom would help. A nice touch was the dog lead attached to the porch for my son's dog and sheets to cover the couches.

The farm house was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. Fabulous location and a great central point for activities in all directions. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If you’re a wine drinker, 3 wineries within walking distance. Highly recommend!!
