Great, spacious place, super cool location

I loved the street we were on, nice quiet location, very short walk to everything in Casco.

Location, Convenience and Decent Place

The check-in was smooth. The location and amenities were as described. The location is safe and right in center of old town as well as walking distance to many attractions, however also away from the noise of the restaurants and bars / pubs of the main center. We did have the ground floor unit and the bathrooms are new / renovated but a bit small. The bedrooms are decent size and the unit is well kept / clean.

Found the pictures quite deceiving

Six adults stayed in this 3 bed/3 bath unit. We unfortunately found the pics quite deceiving. The living area could not accommodate anywhere near 6 people and the kitchen couldn’t accommodate 2!! Two beds were just fine but one bed literally had the springs almost coming through. The location is fabulous - the unit however is not meant for 6 people!!

Casco Viejo Vaycay

The property was a bit hard to find because it is not on a main road, but after we found it we had no problems at all with the location, and to our pleasant surprise we found free parking within a 5 minutes walking distance by a restaurant that is also next to another apartment complex. The photo of the kitchen and the living room online looks much bigger than what it actually is. The kitchen especially is TINY, but it does have a stovetop with two burners, which was helpful. The sofa in the living room is ok to sit on for a few minutes but it is not a high quality one. All the bedrooms have its own full bathroom and all the bedrooms are a very decent/big size. The photo online of the rooftop area with the hot tub is also somewhat deceiving because online it gives the impression that it is a private area just for you, but it is a shared space, it is small. Another deceiving factor is that upon booking I don't think it provides what floor you will get, we go the ground floor, which was ok for easy access, but when I booked it I thought we were getting the apartment on the top level with a view. The main bedroom has a skylight, which is ok, but when it rains it makes you hear the rain rather loudly, it didn't bother me because I can sleep well with noises but my husband said he could hear it all night long. The location is excellent, far enough from the main busy streets. I would book it again, but request to be on the top floor just to have a view.

We enjoyed our stay here. Three girlfriends in the three separate rooms. The property was exactly as listed. To us the space was perfect but we didn’t hang in much. Too much to do! The management team was responsive and helpful. We thought we had an a/c problem in one of the bedrooms and they were ready to come immediately. Turned out to be operator error! Take their advice on the driver. Ours was helpful and knew the place so we didn't have any issues finding it. We were early and the cleaning staff let us in early to store our bags. The location is also perfect. In the middle of everything. Its quiet at night but literally steps from great food, drinks and all the sites. I would stay there again. Thanks for a great time!

Great location, central to everything. Set up of the space is a bit compartmentalized but bedrooms were great just not a large living room, but a better couch would solve that, they need replacing. Overall good value for the money. The comfort of the bedrooms and location made this spot worth it
