First time staying here, most definitely not my last. Very clean, very convenient, very comfortable and very effective info for operating things in the house. A/C worked very well, hot tub heated up quickly. Host was very attentive and in tune with us all week long. To be honest, staying at this place made our trip far more fun and enjoyable!! I look forward to staying here again for our next Florida visit.

This property is AMAZING!! Michael is so helpful and kind. His property super clean& well stocked in all of the basic necessities. The backyard oasis is perfect for a night in & the mango trees are the cherry on top!! Highly recommend

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as pictured! Property was spotless and squeaky clean! The little backyard is a tropical paradise! Though we didn’t get to use the hot tub, we looked inside and it was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, shops and lots of restaurants.

Amazing Host

Beautiful, peaceful and cozy place. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Host was welcoming and accodating to our needs. I highly recommend this place. Very grateful. Thank you!

South FL Scuba Trip

Had a great time at this property. Easy check in/out. Owner very hands on and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The place looks great, with a newly updated back yard. House had everything we needed for our visit. Close by the dive shop we used. Convenient to nice restaurants and several grocery stores. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Great place, Great host

Home felt like new. Short drive to the beach and other attractions. Host responded to all of our communications and requests. Enjoyed the mangos from the tree in the backyard. We recommend the place.

Lovely Stay

This place is very well managed. Michael was great and fast at answering any questions we had about his place. This condo is a half-duplex on the ground floor with a nice outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs. They did a really good job renovating this place, everything is new. It's a spacious space with enough room for a family or 2 couples to share. The kitchen is perfect to cook your vacation meals. It has everything you may need. Nice granite countertop and lots of counter space. The 2 bedrooms are a great size and each has a tv. The living room is big and cozy with another TV. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood near amenities. We recommend this place without hesitations, we really enjoyed our stay.
