Located only 15 min from downtown Ellijay, 8 min to tubing, 10 min to orchards, you’ll be close to it all!

Living Waters is a beautiful luxury cabin rental located in Ellijay, GA. The mountain views on the drive in are just beautiful and you will love how easy the drive is with the level roads and driveway. This incredible North Georgia Mountain cabin has lots of privacy on a large wooded lot with a seasonal creek running through it (will be dry during fall/winter), fenced in yard and a five minute walk to the Tickanetley Creek. There is a huge outdoor deck with a wood burning fireplace, inviting hot tub and plenty of seating for everyone to sit back, take a deep breath and enjoy the calming sounds of Georgia nature. There is also an over-sized custom wood table for outdoor dining for you to enjoy a burger off the grill or some fresh caught trout right out of the TIckanetley Creek. Head to the front porch with your morning coffee, where you can enjoy conversation or just peace and quiet watching deer scamper by while you lounge in one of the rocking chairs. What a perfect spot to hang out by the fire pit and listen to the creek or go on a walk right from the cabin to enjoy the great outdoors This entire property is absolutely spectacular and the perfect place for everyone to gather.

Two bedrooms, one located on the main level and the other on the upper level, both have a flat screen TV and there is bathroom complete with a separate shower and a garden tub in the upstairs en-suite and also across the hall on the main level. Take a 5 minute walk from the cabin to a beautiful private community area that provides a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a front row seat to the creek. If you want to venture into town, the cabin is only 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay, where you'll find plenty of enticing restaurants, antiques stores and boutiques to shop to your hearts desire. You can also visit one of the many Apple Farms out off of 52E, where you can enjoy sampling the cider and variety of fried pies that the area is known for. One of the biggest events in North Georgia is the Ellijay Apple Fest, which takes place right outside the gates of the Coosawattee River Resort the second and third weekends of October. Be sure to book early to get a front row seat to this fun and exciting event. Living Waters is also located near plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding and more, so pack your bags and head on up to mountains of North Georgia.

This property is equipped with an exterior security camera overlooking garage facing the driveway and the front entry. It does not have a view of any interior spaces or hot tub
No smoking 🚭 allowed inside or on decks or porches

No parties or events

1 Dog 🐶 allowed up to 35lbs $75 pet fee.
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture

🛑 No cats/member of family highly allergic

🛑 NO slime allowed in the cabin. If slime is found on any pillow, bedding, rug, towel, etc you will be responsible for paying for a replacement.

Occupancy:
Max occupancy is 6 guests. Any child one year or older is considered an occupant and must be included in the occupancy total.

Fireplaces 🔥
Gas and wood burning fireplaces are seasonal and can only be used from October 1st-April 1st. Please don’t use any other item other than logs in the fireplaces. A burning or smoldering fireplace or fire pit should never be left unattended.

Children must have adult supervision in the hot tub and please leave those furry family members (I mean the dog) out of the hot tub!
