A very cute and cozy house. The pool/hot tub was inviting although we didn't get a chance to use it much due to our busy schedule.Hosts were quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would highly recommend to family and friends and hope to stay again in the future.

My family fully enjoyed our stay here. Both the inside and the backyard of the house were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning indoors and having our own private pool with shaded areas to cool down in the summer heat! The house is centrally located in the Sacramento area, near many restaurants and stores. Our hostess, Ginger, was friendly and accommodating and quick in responding to my messages. We would definitely rent this house again. 10/10

We had our annual sisters trip and it was amazing. Joe and Ginger were wonderful host. They were there for anything we needed. The house was comfortable, clean , and absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time outdoors because the weather was perfect but most of all the backyard was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool and sauna. The house was very well equipped. We will definitely come back again.
