Step back in time to an era of luxury and simplicity with the 1961 House. This 1546 sq. ft. midcentury modern house has it all with a basement rec room and bar, the sunniest sunroom with games and comfortable furniture, and 3 Queen bedrooms. We’re one of only a few rentals who allow pets and the yard is fully fenced so they can enjoy being outside without your worrying.

Near Lambeau Field, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, gas stations and the highway. Great place for football fans, families, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and couples.

We really loved our short time here. A nice backyard for the dog, walkable neighborhood with a park nearby, and the house itself was comfortable and stylish.

Great location, we do not leave home with out our dogs and it's getting hard to find accomodations with out a pile of add on charges. We appreciate a home with a fully fenced in yard for them to roam. The only thing you need when staying at this location is food n drink, everything is provided. Communication with the host was spot on which makes traveling a little less stressful. Will definitely put this vrbo in the addresses book!

Nikki was a fantastic host. Her responses were so quick! The house was very cute and exceptionally clean and had all the necessities. It was easily accessible to those who want to be near the stadium and those of us who want to fish! We loved dog friendly and block out the light curtains in the bedroom. The sunroom was very nice too.

The property was very easy to access. I was there for the Packers owners' meeting and this was very close. The house is very unique, filled with distictive mid-century furnishings...very fun. We enjoyed the sunroom, just off the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Lovely neighborhood filled with families; walking the dog, bike riding and basically enjoying summer life.

The “1961 House” was everything we had expected. Clean, close to everything in GB, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. Super comfy beds. And an efficient HVAC system. Lastly, one of the most fascinating and eclectic book collections on the lovely screen porch. It’s not every day one sees Conrad’s Heart of Darkness and HP Lovecraft’s complete anthology next to Best Tiki Bars in the USA and a straight up amazing 1962 graphic novel. Lots of really fascinating games too!! Loved this place!!!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We always try to find unique and charming places for our VRBO vacations, and this house did not disappoint! Was absolutely charming, extremely clean, and in the perfect location to get to the Reusch as well as day trip up to Door County to explore. Would recommend and stay again on future adventures!

The house was a perfect size and location for my family and i going to a pre-season Packers game. We had a blast using the basement bar the first night and a bonfire in the backyard after the game.

We absolutely loved the 1961 house! It was perfect for our weekend away with our huskies! The fenced in yard is long so they had space to run too! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we just loved the decor. Nikki was really responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Volleyball tournament stay

We had a tournament in town and instead of staying at a hotel found this lovely place. Always great to find a nice home to stay at to get a great night sleep (beds were so comfortable) and just spread out to relax.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming and fun home! Nikki was very quick to respond to my messages. The property was exceptionally clean. It is easily the most fully stocked rental we have ever stayed at. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom. All the bedrooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half-bath in the finished basement. Located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a good night's sleep. The house is also just a very short drive to Lambeau Field. We grilled steaks for our Memorial day picnic. I really appreciated the umbrella with a base we found in the garage. The proximity to Walmart, Aldi, and other grocery stores is incredibly convenient.We highly recommend the 1961 house for your stay!

My family and I loved our trip to Green Bay and our stay at the 1961 home. We were within walking distance to the stadium which was great! We saved on parking and the location was so convenient. My son enjoyed his runs in the neighborhood. Overall, we loved our stay!

We stayed at the 1961 House for a week in July with our two teenage boys and we all loved it. The decor was really neat and made it feel like we'd been transported back to the 1960's. Our boys were especially intrigued by the record player. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The house had all the amenities we needed and then some. We really enjoyed the abundance of games to choose from! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Green Bay area!

Step back in time

I have kids ranging from toddler to teenager and the 1961 house was a great place for us to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare a meal and eat, a ton of games, and a great screened porch. Plus the decor is a really cool. We had a great time.

Lovely Place for a Gameday Weekend!

We had a great stay at the 1966 house. We came for the Packers game as a group of friends. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed all of the games and the bar area in the basement. Can walk to Lambeau field and are very close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The house is on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nice home away from home

Property was clean. Plenty of amenities. Communication was excellent. Great fenced in area for the dog. Lots of retro themed decorations and games through the house. If we ever come back to the Green Bay area we would definitely use this place again.
