This home was really nice. Had a lot of room. Very clean. Had everything you would need to cook and eat there. Really enjoyed being able to have my dogs with me. There was a nice backyard for them. All around a really greT place.

I hate to leave a negative review for any property,but we had several issues. When arrived all our bedding was wet in the washer and dryer, and a dirty mop bucket and mop was in the floor as you walked. We handled those items ourselves and thought no big deal. Then we realized we had no hot water. I texted the host the next morning with no response, called him at lunch with no answer. He texted me shortly afterward said he would try to get someone to make repairs. We never saw anyone and never got an update. Unfortunately we cut our trip short de to this, notified the host why with no response or any offer of refund or discount.

Spring training

Property was fine. Needed a few more things like soap for the bathrooms. Two bedrooms had no dressers The owner refused to give us the door code until we were flying to Florida. I asked a few times. VRBO says 72-24 hours before arrival day. This was annoying, stressful and unnecessary

misleading ad - fireplace was on TV back groundHot Tube - was Hot water in main Bath Room TubGrill - was old and did not work - had LP - rusted out unittho use-Ball Game - unit was old and looked like something one would find along the road in trash - legs bad could not play - had ants in the house on floor, power was out in Master Bed room for 3 days - took 6 breakers to be replaced to fix while we were there -needed new pillars and ect - seemed run down

This place worked out for us but not without some difficulty. When booking this house I messaged the owner stating we were bringing a dog and marked it on the information when booking. Nowhere in the description does it state there is a pet fee. The total I was given stated it included all fees, no hidden fees. So does VRBO policy. That statement flashes on the page when you open the website too. I paid the total amount and didn't hear anything from the owner about the payment. When we messaged the owner and asked for the check-in info he let us know we owed an additional 100 pet fee which we paid. We got to the house and no Wi-Fi password info was in the house or the in the check in message. There is nothing in the house like coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, oil, etc. so be sure to bring your own stuff. The fence is not dog proof so be careful.

Nice house, but missing the details

I'm giving this house 4 stars (well more like 3.5), but I can't recommend it. At this price point, the details are just not there. So the good: the house has a nice layout, it was really clean, the neighborhood is quiet and the location is great. The backyard is nice and decent sized. The electronic keypad is nice to get in and out. The biggest flaw is the inconsistent communication with the host. I had trouble tracking him down for the simplest of items (the code to get into the house for example). He also doesn't have voicemail, so I would message through VRBO, then text, then call. Maybe then I'd get a response. There's no welcome book or anything in the house. So you have to call to get wifi information, trash schedule, and even though I asked, I never got check out procedures. The screen door on the back doesn't latch, so it bangs with the wind. There were no mirrors in either bathroom. He had put in new vanities, but the mirrors weren't there which was inconvenient. There's not enough lights in the bedrooms, I took a lamp from the spare bedroom just so I had one. The light in the master bathroom was sensor only, so it would shut off every time I was in the shower. The grass was only cut after I complained how long it was. It wouldn't take much to make this a great house, but the host needs to work on being much more available and welcoming to his guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice house, host not so much.

I’ve never had to complain about a VRBO before because my experience with hosts had always been exceptional. Not so here. This host is short, curt, and makes you feel like you are bothering him. The house was very clean, no doubt. When we first arrived the outside trash can was full, so I looked inside for house rules/procedures that I have always found in other homes we rented. Not finding any, I texted him (because he was not friendly at all on phone calls I had to ask about mail and the code to get in earlier). There were items in both the washer and dryer—not a huge deal if he’d let us know about it ahead. I had no idea how long the items had been in the washer so I washed them again. When I texted about the trash pickup day, the items in washer and dryer, and the house procedures, he finally answered in a very snarky way. It just wasn’t called for. We never did get any info on move-out procedures so I did the best I could when we left. After a day, we noticed a camera in the kitchen and living area. We immediately covered it with a towel. Yes, a light was on it, so we figured it was working. Didn’t think that was even legal. The description said there was a hot tub, but there was NOT. There are other things too numerous to name. Just know that the host is not the nicest. On the plus side, there is a really nice huge TV. Unfortunately, the rent-to-own company came knocking on the door one night to reclaim it b/c the bill was not current. Yes this really happened!
