Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept design that creates a spacious atmosphere. Natural light streams in through large windows, adding warmth to the inviting ambiance. The kitchen is a food lover's dream, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Whether you prefer cooking a homemade meal or indulging in local delicacies, this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, creating delightful memories in the comfort of your own space. One of the highlights of our suite is the fully fenced-in backyard, providing a safe and secure area for your pets to roam freely. While your furry friends enjoy the outdoors, you can relax and unwind on the patio, surrounded by lush greenery. Sip your morning coffee or savor an evening glass of wine in this tranquil oasis, making the most of your time spent outdoors.

You will have access to the space in the photos as well as the backyard. We do live upstairs but the inside space is completely separate and private. We try to give as much privacy as possible but may cross paths in the front or back yards. The A/C and Heat controls are operated remotely due to it being one system. If you need any temperature adjustments while staying please let us know! The door code will be active from 3pm on your check in day to 11am on the day of check out.

Clean space in an excellent location. Super convenient to Charleston but other places we enjoyed exploring - Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Daniel Island (for a concert). We were really pleased with the stay, convenience, and accommodations.

Samuel was a great host. The place was clean and completely ready for us and our pup. Any questions or requests we had were promptly answered. The location is great if you want to explore Charleston or hit the beach at Sullivan’s Island. It was also very walkable if you want to get some steps in with your dog. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

The place was very clean. It was strange, though, that the unit did not have its own separate thermostat. You had to contact the owner to have the unit temperature changed. The location was very convenient to retail and restaurant establishments. The place was quaint. For the price this was a nice place. We are just used to staying in better places.

Great location and property! Convenient private entrance and separate driveway for a vehicle. Super clean and had all the basics if you plan to eat in. Desk was great for a few work days. Definitely would stay again!

The suite was not only lovely, but clean and comfortable! The bed was excellent and the shower was exceptional. Every detail in the suite was perfect. There is even a side yard putting green! The host was very helpful and had great recommendations. We give Shem Creek Suite 5 stars and an A!

Anniversary trip

We are so glad we choose to stay in Mt Pleasant. Nice walking neighborhood and close to groceries and restaurants and away from the crowds in Charleston. The suite was great with a full kitchen for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing time in Charleston and staying with Sam made it perfect. The property was close to both downtown and the beach, making it ideal to check out both areas. The fenced in yard made it so easy with our dog. Highly recommend this place!!

Great Little Spot

This place was perfect for a short stay. The owner was communicative when needed but we had complete privacy. It was very clean and well kept. Loved the neighborhood and is walking distance to some bars and restaurants in the Mt Pleasant area.

Great location, just like pictures, basic but worked well for us and our small dog. Great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Only negative, at times we could hear the owner’s family walking and taking above. But overall a good experience. Thanks

Awesome property, great location, close to everything in Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Sullivan's area. Apartment was super clean and Sam was a great host. Will visit again.
