Enjoy a cozy and stylish experience at this centrally-located townhome in the heart of Italian Village. Steps away from Short North, Downtown Columbus, the Convention Center and OSU! A dream for those looking to enjoy great food and drinks.
The space
This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy open living room, and a private fenced yard and patio.

Each bedroom offers new furniture and comfortable mattresses. The living room, master bedroom, and downstairs guest room offers smart Roku HDTV or a Fire Stick to stream your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, a countertop toaster oven, plenty of counter space, pots/pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The back door opens up to a private patio and fenced-in yard.

There is also a brand new washer/dryer for use during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet in the upstairs hallway and a locked closet in the basement.

The front door has an electronic keypad for contactless and easy entry. A personal code will be provided prior to check-in.

There is a parking spot available for guest use directly behind the unit. Additional street parking available via the Columbus Park app.
Other things to note
Basic cable TV, and all TVs at the home are smart Roku HDTVs or have Fire Sticks, which will allow for streaming your favorite apps.

We offer high-speed internet.

Staircase to the bedrooms may be difficult for elderly or young children. Please review all photos and listing info before booking.

We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a blow dryer! We will also provide you with towels, bath tissue, and any other comforts you would find at a hotel.

Nice home

Very clean home. Smelled great not a home just masked with candles or cleaners like other places I have stayed.

Clean but Maintenance Issues

We were here for a quick weekend stay for the OHSSA Wrestling tournament in Columbus. The check in process was easy, the house was clean, and communication with the property owner was quick and seamless. However, the bed in the basement had water dripping from the ceiling onto the pillows and the back door padlock didn’t work so we would park out back and have to walk around front to get in the house. Disappointed that these two thing interrupted and were an inconvenience to our stay.

Wonderful Home

Enjoyed the property, definitely on our list to stay at when we come to visit Columbus. Owner was responsive to VRBO communication. Owners cleanliness shows in the property. Easy access to the freeway. Bring a sleep mask, if used to complete darkness when sleeping. We didn't need sleep mask, but some people may. King bed and 2nd bedroom were upstairs. Third bed was downstairs in basement with good fire escape window and ladder. Washer and Dryer are downstairs in basement. Full baths upstairs and down stairs. Half bath on main level. Dining room table is a small four person table, but fits the space nicely, just be aware of if planning on more people staying. Kitchen worked well for us, just had to get used to the touch faucets (can tap to turn off/on).

Overall great! Just a few things to watch for.

This was a beautiful, clean, and safe home for us to stay in. The host was pretty prompt at replying to any of our messages, pretty much any time of the day or night. There were 6 of staying and plenty of room for all of us. One downside was, at least for us, pretty much after 1 shower there wasn’t much hot water left for the other 5 in line. It didn’t get freezing cold, but it did get colder and colder the further down the line you moved. I’d also bring your own coffee, if that’s something you will want in the morning, for our stay there was just tea. I would love to rate this home so much higher because overall it was a really nice stay. However, there were many issues with the parking situation. We chose this home based off many factors, but one of them was certainly parking. A reserved spot outback and the availability of a parking permit for street parking was ideal, especially in a metro area. Upon arrival on check-in day, a car was parked in our reserved spot outback. It was no issue then, the host was able to quickly get us setup for the parking permit to park on the street, we were hopeful it would clear itself up before the rest of our party arrived the following morning. Unfortunately, we did not read the street signs very well and got a parking ticket overnight the first night, so be sure to read all signs if you’re parking on the street. We never could use our reserved spot and had to pay public parking the 2nd night, this was pretty inconvenient and annoying.
