Our family loves our condo! . You never have to leave the property to feel totally on vacation. We purchased the full beach service for our guests in high season which is the icing on the cake. The Lazy River is something the family does not want to get out of. The Boardwalk next door has many restaurants to choose from and night life on the beach that makes it special.

Great home just steps from the beach

We had a wonderful time at this home. Beach view from the patio and direct access. Contact with the host was very simple and friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Florida getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay! Unit was just as described - clean and nicely decorated. Close to the beach, good fitness room, well stocked kitchen, good appliances.The main pool outside the room is not heated, the heated pool is accessible but across the street. Overall property in very good shape and clean.Owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo and host!

This condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed down to sand toys and a sand cart/buggy. Access to the lazy river and additional pools was a wonderful amenity as well! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Great Family Stay at the Beach

We had our son and daughter in law and four grandkids come down from Ohio to meet with us; we live in Texas, in Fort Walton Beach. We booked Bonnie's unit because we have stayed in the Destin West resort before and love the location and amenities. Bonnie's unit was perfect for our group of 8. The unit is on the second floor and overlooked the pool on the Gulf side of the complex. The kids loved that pool, along with the lazy river on the Bay side but spent a lot of time at the pool just off our balcony and of course at the beach. That was great as we could watch them from the balcony as needed. The setup of the unit was great for our group as the kids could use the bunk room and leave the adults to have their own spaces. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The balcony had plenty of furniture for all of us to sit on and a table for eating. Bonnie was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay and she was very interested in us having a good time. We have visited the Destin West complex twice now and would certainly book this unit again.

Great beachfront condo!

This updated Destin West condo was very clean upon arrival. It’s located on the second floor in the middle of the gulf front building. It’s conveniently near the beach access. Bonnie was very nice and accommodating. She is definitely a hands on owner and cares for her property and guests. We were five adults. We didn’t utilize the top bunk as it was too small but used the sofa bed instead. The person who used it was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was. The seasonal beach service is a wonderful perk as not all rentals include it. I would absolutely rent from Bonnie again.

Beach Trip 2024

I am not one to ever leave reviews; however I feel this one is warranted. The host was amazing, the location great, and our trip was overall fun! However, the condo cost twice as much as the majority of other condos. I was completely comfortable paying that amount for the location and what I expected to be an exemplary condo. The condo was nice, but not over the top as double pricing would be expected. The mattresses and pillows were way below standards. The least I would expect for the price is comfortable bedding. My youngest could not sleep on the top bunk due to the feel of springs from the mattress. Just want to make everyone aware that you don’t always get a what you pay for, but we still enjoyed our vacation.

Florida Vacation - Prime Location

The property was literally perfect. We had multiple pools around us including a kid pool for our two year old. The condo itself had everything we needed from washer/dryer, towels and beach toys, pack and play, etc. The condo was clean! We truly felt at home but on the beach! We will be back.

Quick beach trip

The condo was as described-the bunk room is tiny and perfect for younger children or one adult. Overall there was a lack of clothing storage in the bedrooms but we made it work. The beach service is wonderful-the teenagers used it every day! The condo is steps from the beach and pool and has everything you need for a beach vacation!

Easy access to the beach with two reserved chairs & umbrella was wonderful. The beach was beautiful! The Lazy River was at the Bayside part of the complex accessible by a pedestrian bridge. This unit is on the Gulf side which is awesome. The condo had every amenity we needed. Wifi was our only disappointment as you use the complex-wide network which was very slow for us. Overall, a beautiful condo with a very responsive host. We had a relaxing visit.

This condo was on the Gulf beach side with great access to the pools, lazy river, and beach. The location of the condo is right next to the end of the strip so it's quieter and very family friendly. In addition, the host is wonderful and has so much helpful info. Great experience, would return!

Great Time with Family

Stayed with my family and a friend for a long weekend and we had an amazing time. Bonnie was a wonderful and communicative host, we would definitely stay again! The property is in the perfect location between Okaloosa and Destin. The pools are very nice and the beach front area is close to the pier. The condo has everything you need for a short stay.

Great place to stay with 3 kids under 13 and even better communication. Bonnie was eager to check in on us and was readily available. The only issue we had was the cable going out in the living room, but if thats the only issue on Spring Break, you're doing well!

Very Cute Condo

Our family had a really great time at this condo. There were 3 adults and 2 kids and I never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of space to spread out, including a patio that had lots of seating. Thankfully there were a couple of heated pools because it was a little cool during spring break. The beach is so close and Bonnie had chairs and an umbrella reserved for us which we throughly enjoyed! I would highly recommend this condo.
