We really love the place Very clean, cozy, and lovely layout! Also very close to IAH airport! The only minor problem is all rooms door and back door need to do with the squeeze noise once you open or close! Beside that everything is perfect! We will definitely comeback if we visit Houston again!

The property was more than we expected for the price. It was very clean. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is near restaurants and stores which made everything very convenient. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely use it again.

This place is a terrible scam, the host was immature and rude, he was also accessing the home during our stay turning off AC and had a pi. To restrict customers from controlling to desire temperature, no privacy at all . Please be safe and stay away from this property I had my children with me as we thought this place was ok upon arrival but after we experienced unexplained open doors and no control over AC temperatures we had to cut our trip short host was no help just a smart ass thank God for Vrbo but I suggest others not to stay unless you want your trip to become a complete nightmare!

Travis is an amazing host. The stay was very much like home. The house was very clean, beds comfortable. He was very promptly in responding to the needs of my family. The jacuzzi is a major asset after a long week of work. The house is very close to the mall, H-E-B, Walmart, convenience stores and excellent restaurants.

Great communication

Travis' communication was really excellent, he got back to us in a very timely manner every time we had a question or concern, and then he did everything he could to make things right for us. The location was extremely convenient to the airport so very easy to drop off and pick up family that was coming to join us.Over all, great trip.

Beware of $99 extra charge for hot tub after you get there

Nice house! Good location for our visit. Beware of extra charge after getting there. Says it’s in rental agreement that we didn’t get. After paying it doesn’t show for Hot Tub it shows up under host fee.

First of all, it’s in your rental agreement and it’s the first thing at the top. It’s not my fault you can’t read. Not my job to verbally warn you about something that you agreed to at the very beginning of your stay. Your fault not mine. Next time you can stay with Motel 6 they don’t charge for their hottube and I hear they need the light on for you.

Comfortable accommodation

There were no issues and Travis was an effective communicator. My chapter sisters and I were there only to sleep and change clothes, but I was nice to not deal with noise from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. There were plenty of supplies you forget when you are out of town and the house was fully prepared. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but the backyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversation.

Wonderful Property

The house was very clean/spacious, and the beds were comfy. The host Travis has great communication and responded to messages and calls promptly. There are multiple cameras on site two in front and two in back. I didn't see that advertised but it was no issue for us. The neighborhood was mostly quiet outside of a dog that barks all night. The backyard is absolutely amazing. There is a hot tub for use for a fee but it was too cold out for us to indulge. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will likely book again in the future.

Ugh!! $99 fee for hot tub!!!! Read further for more details!!

Unit was not well kept, two bedrooms had a broken out slat in the blinds, and the walls and doors throughput the unit were filthy. Unit had 4 coffee mugs and 4 forks for our party of 6 and no bowls larger than a cereal bowl. There was a box of plastic silverware. The host was prompt in communicating with us and offered to send a maid and more utensils, but we declined due to not wanting someone in our space and we weren’t feeling well and some of us were resting. We were unaware of the additional $99 to use the hot tub for 2 days. In the posting it states “smoking is not permitted”, but they do allow smoking and provide ashtrays for smoking outside. The master bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

Firstly you don’t read the rental agreement which is your fault. Clearly states at the top in red the the hot tube is $99. Your fault. Your bad. Secondly we allow smoking outside in the back which is required cause some people enjoy a smoke on the patio but not inside. Next your a liar on the smoke smell inside. I was there before your stay installing a new internet box and there was only the smell of airfreshener. Not sure why you would lie. Maybe stick with the motels instead of trying to hurt small businesses. Our homes are professional cleaned and exterminated so you can take that BS about the unit being dirty some where else. We got 95% 5 stars on here and air bnb so anyone reading this can tell it’s just you lashing out. Next we have about 4-6 coffee mugs yes. I don’t see an issue with that. We don’t keep 30 cause people take them so we leave 4-6. Next we got a full kitchen with a new pot and pan set so not sure what size bowls you needed. Should have hit Walmart for the rest. Finally, you declined maids so couldn’t have been anything not worthy. Probably because you didn’t want us to know you were being dishonest on the smell. Blind are on order before you arrived. Lot of motels out there. Stay with them. Leave VRBO hosts alone.
