I have made several trips to Mammoth over the past several years and always wanted to stay in the Village. This stay and the location did not disappoint. I was there for a race event with my son and staying right in the Village was worth it. The condo was great with full bathrooms in each bedroom and an extra full bathroom if you have additional guest sleeping on the couch or rollaway. The kitchen was well equipped, and appliances were new and/or just clean and well maintained. Fridge was clean and tidy, and the Britta water pitcher was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time! Cute and cozy rental. It was very clean, plenty of blankets and towels. They provided a water filter pitcher which was nice, and lots of spices for cooking. 2 bedrooms, a pull-out couch and a roll away bed. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 7! Onsite restaurant and outdoor pool/hot tub were great. Communicative and responsive host. Would visit again!!

Super easy check in, clear instructions. Clean and cozy, nice pool and jacuzzi. We visited in the middle of a heat wave. The portable ac unit was just enough to keep us cool but had to be ran continuously. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Pros: great location in the village and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants.Areas of Improvement: transparency that the air conditioning is a small unit in the living room. Bedrooms were hot and bright at night. Our party did not sleep well all three nights.-transparency that if you have more than one car, parking is extremely challenging and expensive-scratched teflon cookware is in need of replacement. Our party made chili with a scratched teflon pot with a broken handle
