This top-floor unit is fully-furnished with all the amenities for your mountain vacation. The 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor of the unit, along with 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony overlooking the tennis court and pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large, rustic dining table with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The living room is furnished with an over-sized, comfortable L-shaped couch for lounging, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart flat-screen TV.

The Master bedroom features a California King bed with new memory foam mattress and an en suite half bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with new memory foam mattress. The loft has one queen bed and two twin beds and its own full bathroom with walk-in shower.

This rental features two new flatscreen TVs with Roku for all your streaming needs.

Just one mile from Eagle Lodge, and the free shuttle stop is right out front. Easily walkable to Mammoth's restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, golf simulator, and the Von's.

Horizons IV Condominiums Resort features a year-round spa and dry sauna, seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day- Labor Day), a tennis court, coin operated community laundry room, and a recreational room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games.The picnic area has many communal BBQ's and picnic tables to enjoy outdoor cooking (summer months only).

Centrally located in the middle of town, you're just a few steps from the town's free mountain shuttle, walking distance to the Vons shopping center, bars and many restaurants or the movie theater.

Parking for two vehicles is just steps away from your door making it easy to unpack and start your vacation.

This home away from home is non-smoking and non-pet friendly.

Be Ready to Operate the Fireplace!

We had a nice stay overall, but we did find the listing a bit misleading when it came to heating options. The only source of heat in the unit is the fireplace in the common area, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the booking details. With a 4-month-old baby, it was challenging for my wife to manage the fireplace while also feeding our little one.While the property manager was very responsive and brought us a space heater, it didn’t provide much additional warmth. We also noticed there were only 3 fire starters available, which made it a bit difficult to keep the fire going throughout our stay.That said, the location and overall ambiance of the property were great, and we appreciated the manager's efforts to address our concerns. Hopefully, the heating situation can be clarified or improved for future guests.

Nice quiet area. Good space for family

We come to Mammoth every Summer and usually stay in either the Horizons IV or Sunshine Village condos. They're great for packing the family into. The only disappointment this year was that the listing failed to mention that the pool and other amenities were under construction this year at Horizons. If we had known then we would have booked a unit at Sunshine Village instead. The floor of the unit also needed a good cleaning.

Great Location, Meets Basic Needs

Best part about this place is the location. It's close to the shuttle stop that takes you to and from the mountain. The sectional sofa was nice too. It was clean. And loved the board games in the unit. But, the bathrooms are dated. Stove is finicky. And the pics make it look a bit nicer than it is.
