Our building dates back to the 1800’s and has been recently renovated and professionally decorated to bring back its original charm. Exposed brick, exposed original tin ceiling, original hardwood floors. The 1200 sq ft apartment has 2 bedrooms, large living area with a sectional couch, dining room has a table to seat 8, bathroom has full laundry, new full furnished kitchen. The unit is located above Aunt Emmy’s Coffeehouse & Sweetery (has a separate entrance), right in the heart of downtown. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Close to shopping, eateries and bars/brewery.

Spacious, relaxing, centrally located, well appointed. The coffee shop right below opens at 6:30 am, and you will not sleep past that time. Not a problem for us. We have stayed here 3 times.

We will be back!This beautifully designed apartment is in a great central location of Manchester. Good gift shopping, groceries and fun things to do are all close by. It is SO CLEAN, and has a very well stocked kitchen. Our communication with the host was very easy. I would recommend that spot to anyone!

This apartment was amazing. Exactly what we were looking for and more. Very clean, cute and stocked with eveything you could need. The host was great with communication. Absolutely loved our time there!!!

New to town

We stayed here for two weeks. Emily was wonderful, accommodating to all of our needs. She answered all of my questions(and I had a lot) with patience and kindness. The apartment was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very unique. We loved it. Beautifully restored. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had nice touches and supplies. We loved the individual soaps. Easy to walk to restaurants. The coffee shop below has great cupcakes. Nothing but good things to say about this place. It was such a nice experience, different than your typical vrbo.

Absalutly Awesome

This is the best property i have ever stayed in. It was not only super clean, it was beautifully decorated as well as having everything you may or may not need to be comfortable. Clear down to a tooth brush. The beds were the most comfortable ive ever slept in , ouside of my own. Thank you so much Emily

I’ve been using VRBO on vacations for over 25 years and this stay was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had so far! The booking, communication, and instructions given were all on point, there was zero confusion as to what I needed to do. This was also the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, literally nothing was dirty or gross! The decor and over all presentation of the place was above and beyond. Added bonuses to staying here is the location right above the coffee shop for great coffee/breakfast/linch/baked goods available each day. It’s right in downtown Manchester so easy to get anywhere. The interior design was pleasant and modern throughout the entire place. There was plenty of storage. The rooms and kitchen are bigger than the pictures make it seem. Every room was well equipped with everything we needed. The host is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond every time! It was perfect for our family of four with thoughtful family friendly touches. There’s truly nothing negative to say about this place.
