2 Master Suites with King Size Beds and Master suite Bathrooms! Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Melt those achy muscles away with a Hot tub to die for in a totally private gated back yard!

There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, we literality tried to think of everting you would need to cook for you, your family and friends.

Love coffee? We have you covered. The endless coffee bar starts with a Keurig automatic drip coffee pod combo, coffee grinder with some of the smoothest tasting beans that you grind and brew. Bit of a coffee artisan, we have pour over and French press. There is also a big selection of Green Mountain coffee pods as well. More of a tea connoisseur, we didn’t forget you, there’s a full selection of teas and herbal teas, along with a copper ceramic electric kettle.

2 dedicated workspaces, printer, office chairs with lightning fast, Internet service.

Incredible outdoor cooking area ! You’re not going to find a more extensive outdoor cooking experience! The patio is lined with a Traeger, Blackstone combo air fryers, propane Weber grill, and a disco.

We have partnered with other local chefs, guides, and outdoor activity providers to help you get the most out of your stay. Need a massage? Exclusive in home personal licensed Massage therapist by Cheyenne available at Casa De Monteagle. Please message me for more details.

The laundry room has top of line industrial Speed, Queen, washer, and dryer.

The garage is spacious with beautiful epoxy floors. Park your car, truck, SUV, motorcycles, mountain bikes, ATVs, and boats.

There is dedicated RV and boat parking.

Pets: No Pets unless negotiated. If you have pets it is your responsibility that you make sure you pay the pet fee from VRBO booking site. Our pet fee is $400 deposit and 1/2 returned after cleaning. The inside of the home needs to be clean and all dog waste cleaned up outside.

We highly recommend purchasing guest travel stay insurance for longer stays with us. November, December, January and February can be very cold with snow fall. Please keep this in mind. Please read our cancellation policy:

The house is beautiful. We stayed with our dog Grover and the property worked well for a dog. We also went for a walk, there was a beautiful open space near by where Grover got to run for a bit.

This house was great and had every thing we needed. Super comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room to unwind after days full of hiking at nearby parks and trails. The host was very informative about the area and house manager was easy to get in contact with. We would love to stay again if we are in the area :)

Several friends and family members were in the area for a memorial service for my dear brother in law. This property served as a middle ground for us to meet and fellowship before and after the service. Fabian was so gracious and friendly. The home is amazing and spacious. Very clean, and you have everything you need for your stay. Thank you so much Fabian. We will be back!

That was our second long stay in this house, and we really loved it. It feels like home, and we enjoyed every day of our stay. We also loved the neighborhood; it's very peaceful and quiet, and the shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away (by car).

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay here - ideally placed to see highlights of the area...Caco Canyon, Mesa Verde, Aztec Ruins all within an easy day trip. Well appointed and spacious home. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Beautiful house with great amenities. Great location for larger groups and better location for access to Chaco Canyon, Aztec Ruins and Canyon De Chelle. Thanks for being a great host!

I stayed at this house for a month while working on a project nearby, and honestly—it was fantastic. The place had absolutely everything we needed (and things we didn’t know we needed until we found them). Super comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a longer stay. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back for nearly three months. Highly recommended!

Must be the best VRBO in Farmington

This home was so nice I’d like to live here. It had everything we needed for our photography trip to Farmington. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one is tops.

Prefect in every way

This property was absolutely perfect in every way. The house is beautiful and clean, the backyard is spacious, the beds were comfortable. We will rent this property again when staying in Farmington.

Comfortable and clean house

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabian's place! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was a great launching spot for visits to Mesa Verde, chaco canyon, as well as things in Farmington. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to come home to after adventures. Our dogs loved it as well!

National park trip

Perfect house for a family. Everything we needed for cooking in and backyard area was very relaxing after a day of hiking. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Farmington Fun

My adult children and I enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. It was centrally located and felt like coming home at the end of our day visiting the sites in New Mexico. Very comfortable for playing games and relaxing in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful House

Large modern house with many amenities. Location is convenient to Bisti Badlands and Four Corners area. Nice neighborhood in a quiet residential area.

San Juan Open lodging

Home was easy to get to, and convenient to Farmington and Aztec. Property owner/manager kept us updated via text and email along the way. Will book again for our next visit back.

Great home/rental.

Very clean, well-maintained, spacious. As described in language, and pictures. Added benefit were some snacks and coffee, creamer. Thanks for a nice stay.
