**BOOKING INFORMATION**
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The link to complete the agreement will be sent after your booking is accepted. Please note: failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation. To complete the agreement, you’ll need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of a government-issued ID.
• Instead of requiring a non-refundable damage insurance fee, we place a $500 hold on your credit card starting one day before arrival. This hold is fully released within seven days after departure, provided our home is left in good condition and house rules have been respected.
• Kindly note: You’ll see two separate charges on your credit card statement—one from VRBO for their booking fee, and another from Our Humble Homes covering the nightly rate and any additional applicable fees. We just want to ensure there are no surprises when reviewing your statement!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests (including children).
• For Guys/Girls Weekends: EVERY guest in an all adults group must be at least 25 years old & booking guest can not have negative reviews from past stays.
• PLEASE keep in mind that there is parking for a MAXIMUM of 5 cars. Please do not book if your group requires more parking spaces.

GUEST ACCESS
• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• Guest has access to the entirety of the duplex except for 2 locked owner supply areas

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• VRBO Description is incorrect, this is NOT lakefront.
• NO Prom/Graduation/Senior Weekend bookings accepted.
• A signed Rental Agreement will need to be submitted within 48 hours of booking. The link will be sent after your booking is accepted. You will need full names & ages of each person in your group, and also a copy of your government-issued ID to be uploaded.
• In lieu of purchasing damage insurance, a $500 credit card hold begins 1 day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules broken.

• Fire-pits/open flames/fireworks of any kind are forbidden in our community.
• Home is in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs.
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our homes.
• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through the end of September only.
