Very clean, great amenities, and excellent location!

We recently stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a central location and easy to walk or drive anywhere in Reno. The apartment was furnished nicely and well stocked. It was very clean and we appreciated the use of the garage due to the colder weather. Michael is a great host and very responsive. Thank you!

Clean and easy

Bery close to the airport and downtown but not too loud. The host was very responsive and helpful to any request. The garage is tight so any large vehicles will not fit but our small suv fit fine.

Weekend getaway

The property was updated, modern and clean. The host was very responsive and the location was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect For Our Short Stay

Everything was perfect. The host is a great communicator. Later in our first day he checked to see if we needed anything but nope, the unit, supplies, and cleanliness were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us this way.

This property was accurately portrayed and was very comfortable. All the little extras really made it nice to stay here! Thank you! The bed was comfy and they were very accommodating with my small, elderly dog!

Nice Place!

Enjoyed staying at Michael’s place. It was modern, spotless, and within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Michael really goes out of his way to make sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Looking forward to staying again!

Perfect spot for enjoying Reno

Great condo amenities and views from balcony were nice. Lots of bars and restaurants within a few blocks. Fast and reliable internet. We'll definitely try to stay here during future visits to Reno.

Perfect place to stay in Reno

We stayed in this place for two days with my husband and two kids (15 and 11 years old). The location is perfect, as everything is only walking distance away. The house is clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place. We'll stay in this house again for our next trip to Reno!

Sparkling clean, modern & cozy

I stayed one night at this property with my wife, two teens, and two dogs. Everyone was comfortable here. Communication with the manager was fast, accurate, and kind. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Great place!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location in central Reno. Bed is comfy, place is clean and kitchen is well stocked including coffees and snacks. Our Subaru Outback fit comfortably in the garage. Michael is very responsive. We hope to stay again!

Diamond in the rough

This was a cute little single bedroom duplex unit. The property manager was so sweet and great with communicating. Has everything you need for a little vacation. If you have a little one, I do recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs.

Amazing!

Great location, so close to everything. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean, well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. When the coffee machine didn't work they even quickly brought us a new one! We will be back!

Such a nice apartment

I can tell the owners have gone above and beyond to make this place very nice to stay. Michael the owner responds very quickly to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked with tools to cook a nice meal and has a full spice rack. I cant say enough about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great central Reno location

Very nicely appointed and clean apartment. Really appreciated being able to have a garage. Luckily our rental car was small, a larger car would have a tough time getting in/out. Comfortable bed, pullout couch for kids if needed. Good owner communication. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Wonderful apartment! So nice and new. Everything was immaculate and there were really nice touches thruout. Plus it was a great location, only a few minutes from downtown and stores, lots of restaurants to choose from. Loved having a garage too. Host was a great communicator so it was the perfect place to stay.

Reno Get Away

I have stayed many places but this lovely place stands apart. The decor was warm and inviting. I appreciated the water and snacks after a long day of travel. Not to mention the soft towels, sheets and comfortable bed. All the home away from home things that add up! Thank you and next time I will master the Pac Man!

Great property!

This is a great spot-- very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The internet went out and Micheal was on top of it quickly. The unit is spotless-- warm and cozy bed. Well equipped with everything you need. I plan to stay here again in Feb when I am back in Reno for work. Five stars from me.

Great Experience

This place looked like it was cleaned professionally. The check-in process was clear and easy to follow. The owner checked in with us during our stay and was kind enough to allow a late checkout at 12:30. I found the bed slightly uncomfortable, but that is my personal preference. My son had fun playing the Ms. Pac Man machine with old school arcade games. The only downside is that the garage is kind of hard to get out of, but that was clear in the listing. I would stay there again.

Great place. Close to downtown

The property was just as described in the listing. The keyless check-in was perfect since we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. The place was clean and easily big enough to stretch out and relax after working all day while there. Michael had coffee, snacks, and some bottled water available. We made time to play Galaga and a few games of PacMan-some favorites from our college years. Walked to downtown and to the Truckee River Walk. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Reno again!

Will definitely stay again

We were in town for my son's basketball tournament. The location was in the center of Reno-Sparks Convention Center and the casinos so absolutely convenient. Unit B was very clean, and it had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Such a thoughtful and added touch with the snack basket with array of goodies. The highlight for me is that this place was pet friendly, so I was able to travel with my furry babies along. And a big shout out to Michael for such great customer service and being accessible for us. Till next time!

A relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We felt we got lucky when the host informed us that the property was available early for check in. The place was clean, felt welcoming and relaxing. The place has a lot of natural light. The host was very great about being available for any problems or questions, which we had none. The place came equipped with all that we needed (cups, plates, flatware, linens). The outdoor areas were both equipped with seating. The backyard is small but good size for our small dog. The balcony got a lot of morning light which was so nice for morning coffee. I think his posting said it was close to midtown Reno, which it was. I didn't think the location would matter but we went out almost every night to midtown since it was walking distance. The one thing my husband noticed was that the place echoed. When our little dog barked i was afraid he would disturb the person next door (the apartment shares a wall with someone). However, we like the place and if given the opportunity, we would stay again

Perfect spot for couples to explore Reno!

Great apartment in an ideal location in Reno to explore local bars, restaurants, and beyond, especially if you're not big into the casino scene. Very responsive host too - we had one issue with the internet connectivity and it was addressed quickly. Will stay again next time I'm in the area!
