We are sorry the guest was dissatisfied with her stay, but we would like to clarify the facts for future guests. None of the concerns mentioned in this review were reported to us during the guest’s stay. We were not notified of any problem with the AC, temperature, shower drain, or bathroom sink until after she had already checked out. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to assist immediately. The AC was inspected and no malfunction was found. It is a relatively new unit and was operating properly. Had the guest contacted us, we could have helped her adjust the thermostat settings to her preferred temperature, which may have resolved her concern immediately. The shower and bathroom sink were also checked, and both were draining properly with no issues whatsoever. We take guest concerns seriously and always make every effort to resolve problems when they are brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we were not given that opportunity during this stay. We were surprised to learn of these concerns only after checkout. We regret that the guest was unhappy, but we believe it is important for future guests to know that the AC was functioning properly, the drains were working properly, and we were never contacted during the stay to report these issues or request assistance.
