This is a great place to get away from the everyday stress. It sits on a 7 acre partial. On a all sport lake. A wonderful walk to the private frontage. It is attached to the calhaven trail mile marker 13. It is also right next to public land which is an additional 9 acres to Rome on. You are only 15 minutes from South Haven. There are grocery stores within 5 minutes. There is a bar and restaurants only 5 minutes away. There is only 18 neighbors on the whole lake. This is a very peaceful place.

Everything was clean and exactly as outlined in the property listing. I stayed here with my family and we all really enjoyed this unique home. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive when we needed guidance on how to adjust the thermostat.

The host was very accommodating and answered our questions promptly. Everything was clean. A very peaceful area. Loved the kayaks and lake. Would definitely stay there again. Cabin decor awesome.

First, the host was beyond exceptional. I asked questions before booking and they were answered immediately. Second, if you want an upscale rustic cabin in the woods on a lake experience this is for you. Next, The bathroom toilet has heated seats and a bidet…epic! Lastly they have every lake toy you need to get wet!

This is great for a playful day at the lake. Fun activities for lake fun, camp fire, hiking!! There is no mirror. So if you are using to prep for a wedding. This is not the place. Also, we had two couples. There was only one double bed and three twins. I should have paid better attention to the details. It’s quirky but quaint.

I and bilingual I speak English and Spanish. I am a teacher. I also own a horse farm just down the road where everyone could also take lessons or ride horses . We also have several chicken ducks bunnies as well.

This is almost 7 acres on a wonderful calm quiet lake. It is an all sport lake which means boating swimming jet skiing is allowed. The house is 820 square feet.
There is a private beach for the property as well. It has a nice long boardwalk built through the woods. Very beautiful anytime of the year. Is also attached to the calhaven trail. Biking snowmobiling hiking is extremely easy. We are only 20 minutes from South Haven beaches. There is gas stations bars restaurant and a grocery store within 5 minutes of the home. There are also two RV sites power sewer hookup. That was also could be rented for an extra charge if you guys have a very large family.

I guess unique benefits would be lots of parking. lots of places to roam and explore. There are only 18 homes on the lake which means it's not very busy. The property also offers the calhaven trail walking distance.
