Awesome place for getting out of the city! Light and sound pollution was very low, which is a big PLUS for me (I was there to watch the Perseids and be in nature). Clean with comfortable beds and living area. WiFi was surprisingly reliable, despite the caveats in the listing. Definitely recommend for a relaxing get away.

This house is so cozy; it’s perfect for a quiet couples getaway! The entire home is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The yard is a great size that our dog enjoyed, and the mountain views from the hot tub are stunning. The drive to the Luray entrance at the NP is only about 20 minutes away via state hwy. Our host was very responsive and accommodating as well!

The house was so cute! It was a beautiful property, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The host was very communicative, and check-in was really easy. The property exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the fireflies sparkle in the trees.

Really, everything about our stay was great! The property was clean and obviously well cared for. The house was both cozy and spacious - it feels cozy to live in but has a great open-style floor plan in the main part of the house. The amenities were all very useful and treated well. Our host Olivia is very, very good about communication - she would typically respond to a Vrbo message within 15-20 minutes. Overall, a great rental experience! 10/10 would stay again.

Had a great night away from it all, relaxed in the hot tub and looked at the stars! The host was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Cannot recommend this get away property enough!

Olivia was an amazing host. She had very open communication and even suggested some popular sight seeing opportunities. The cottage was amazing! We loved everything about it!

Perfect location and beautiful house!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect and my girls just loved all the charm and little touches. The views on the property were gorgeous and it was a perfect location.

We had an incredible time! Great hot tub, kitchen with plenty to help make a delicious dinner, fun games to play with friends, all in a cozy, rural space. Communication of host any time we had a question could not have been better. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic little gettaway

My 3 kids (ages 5, 9, and 11) plus our fur baby stayed at this cottage for a couple nights while we went to visit Luray Caverns. We loved the location and cleanliness! Definitely would stay here again.

An absolute gem of a house! Everything was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. About 45 minutes from Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah Ntl Park, which was perfect for us. And the view from the hot tub out back is unbeatable!
