Welcome to what we call our Fleur de Lis in the Broadmoor area! This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many of Shreveport's finest restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, brewery, and aquarium!

If you come for a weekend visit and to relax, our place is quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood. Of course, you may rent for longer stays if you're in town to work or visiting family... Stays of 7 days or more can receive a 20% discount. We do charge $15 extra per stay for each additional number of guests over 4, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays!

Keep in mind that you'll be staying in someone's home - NOT a Hotel. If you can't keep it clean, smoke free, and keep our linens clean plus care for everything else inside, then please don't rent from us.

Roomy and Comfortable

We had a great stay. Plenty of room to play and plenty of rooms for each of our groups with large, comfy beds. I would book again for future visits.

Great Location Easy access to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. We came in to town for the Mardi Gras Parade and Birthday weekend. This house is minutes from the casinos, plenty of grocery options close by as well as restaurants. House was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our time there.

Roomy and nice

We stayed primarily as a place to rest our head at night as we were in town visiting family. For the short amount of time we were there each day we did find it very accommodating for all needs. I would certainly recommend to others and possibly stay there again next year.

Close, clean, comfy!

We needed a place for my elderly parents, my adult kids and their baby and ourselves for a few days. This place was perfect and Jose communicated promptly and clearly with us. Great place! Great host!

I love our house in Broadmoor because of the large trees and lush greenery during the spring and summer - that's why we chose to buy this house... along with the fact that we have family in Shreveport that we visit from time to time.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is one of the few 4 bedroom houses in the Broadmoor area as many homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1960's. Houses were not built very big at that time and so most other short term rentals in the area are 3 bedroom types. Thus, we have the luxury of being able to host a larger group in a really nice, established neighborhood.
