Nestled high on the mountain, you'll enjoy a panoramic 'take your breath away' view from this fully remodeled 2BR/2bath condo. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the purple hues of the sunset over Emerald Mountain. The only thing obstructing your view from the mountains and the beautiful Yampa valley may be an occasional hot air balloon.

Professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

Great location, easy access to the ski shuttle. If you plan to have a few meals in the kitchen is well equipped. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this condo for a nice getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shuttle was easy to take to the ski resort. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And yes, the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Ann was very helpful, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was great and we were very close to all the facilities. The bus service was also excellent. I would recommend this place and would happily stay there again. The views were also amazing.

What a fabulous place! Plenty of room for 2 couples and the no-joke view is actually no-joke, especially at night. Great regular shuttle to the ski area with very courteous drivers. Our host, Ann, thought of every possible amenity - Plenty of cookware, utensils, cleaning products and towels. We cooked at home some nights but we also took advantage of the great restaurant scene. We took the short walk to the free bus to go into town and then an Uber ride back home. Hots tubs were great and had the same fabulous view. Highly recommend this place.

We love this condo and it's owner so much that this is the second time we've stayed there. First of all, the view... from the deck, dining room, and living room you can look out over the tree tops and see the whole valley, and on still summer mornings you can always watch at least one hot air balloon lift off and float over the town. The deck is furnished with 4 chairs, two of which are glider rockers where you find yourself gliding back and forth and completely relaxing while taking in the view. The condo itself is lovely with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, and high end appliances, including a Bosch washer & dryer. Everything you need is provided, from kitchen dishes and cookware to lovely shampoos and soaps. And last but not least, the owner, Ann, is A. She is available, replies promptly, and will go out of her way to help you with anything she can. VRBO should give her a Best Owner of All Time award. In summary, the condo is great, the view is stunning, and the owner is outstanding. An all around wonderful experience.

Very welcoming. Instructions were easy. Ann was responsive to our call. The hot tub was clean and warm. The ski shuttle arrived every 15” 2 doors down from the condo, which made our stay, since we were high on the hill. Great view!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It has everything you need including comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a shuttle that runs from 8am to 5pm daily to the ski area and a hottub and sauna with the most beautiful view.The host is very helpful and responsive. You don't need a car, the bus service is free and super simple to use. If you put your destination into Google maps it tells you what bus to take. We loved Steamboat and this condo.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and personable, Ann was wonderful to deal with. A few little details stand out such as the DVD, game, and toy collection if you are bringing kids, there was something for all ages. A nice detail that my family noticed.Would stay there again for sure. Shuttle was very convenient, though it can get busy at peak times, so be patient with the drivers. Takes about 5 min to get to the hill and for other trips downtown the bus stop on the green line is just down the hill. Once you figure out the lay of the land getting around is easy.

As advertised. I’d like to leave a negative review so it would always be available to go back, but it was AWESOME!! Such a great view, perfect. Owners had everything there for us and the shuttle ran every 15 minutes to the resort. And there is so much to do in Steamboat. It exceed all of our expectations. This place is a grand slam, we’re going back!!!
