Older home with great potential to be fabulous

Nice neighborhood, older, established, the home is older, needs a bit more updating and has great potential to becoming a 5 star with a few tweaks. Nice size, great yard that just needs some TLC, outdoor furniture is in need of improvement. There are plenty of beds, fun gathering spot for family and friends. Furniture is lacking and not enough lighting, seating arrangement is awkward for a larger group. Updating would make it great!

Family Fun

Great property for family gatherings

The layout of the house accommodates family members keeping the group together . Big bonus is the little house in the back, excellent place for 2 extras in the bridal party . We will be back when the pool is open .

Last minute stay

Was ok. Had concerns about safety since the same code is used and the back gate that goes to the backyard was open. Smelled a bit musty when we walked in. Gameroom was fun. Pool was closed as expected and did have a pool cover. We did use the grill and that came in super handy.

Great place

Amazing place my twins sons love the game room. I had peace for a couple of ours while I cooked. Had 1 problem the tv in the main bedroom wouldn’t work. It was cool anyway we spent most of our time in the living room and the game room. Thank you for allowing my family stay. I also left a lot of ice cream that my daughter had me by. Blue bell.

One time stay

Very outdated. There is alot of work that needs to be done and the work that was done is not complete or I hope it’s not complete. There are few code violations on the property

Exactly What We Were Looking For

This house was the perfect size for our group (6 adults/3 kids)! Everything was clean and the host responded promptly when messaged. Only complaint would be that dining room table isn’t big enough to fit more than 6 people so if you have more people than that, you can’t all eat together.

The perfect place

The pictures does not show how peaceful and accommodating this house is. There is more than enough room for a big family and not be cramped. Everyone had sleeping space and privacy. The added house in the back is so cute and has everything one should need. The back yard is so peaceful and was our main hang out area. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great location and plenty of room! Wonderful back yard!

Loved the property, hate that we did not understand there is an extra cost for the 4th room but the property manager answered right off and got us fixed up. We really enjoyed the game room and pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us, even though our team lost ☹️!

Spectacular**

I took my family for a little weekend getaway! I choose the house for the location, pool, game room, and bed rooms a king or queen in every room! This adorable house has everything I was looking for!!! Check in was simple, the house was perfect and clean!! Felt like a home away from home! Hostess was quick to respond to messages! Work trip

Marine Gathering

Once a year we try to get all of our friends from the marine corps together and this year was Texas. It was a very easy check in and check out and the house was absolutely perfect to get everyone together while having plenty of rooms and space. The extra game room was so fun and the back yard was such a nice treat in this heat. Would definitely stay again when we end up back in Texas.

Great size house!

The house was much bigger than we expected! Very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a lot of fun swimming and with the game room. The owners were very quick at responding when we contacted them. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

This was a really great place for our family vacation . My literal only possible complaint would be the master bedroom bed is a little stiff , but that might be my being used to a memory foam vs a traditional spring mattress . The house is huge so you're not stepping all over each other
