Great area to stay’ take trolley when ever you can stop right in front of property..Sea Witch great and across the street The oysters are great!! Read guest for great recommendations this is wonderful place to stay!!

Wonderful cottage in lower garden district. Great communication from hosts. Lots of walkable options for food and a close drugstore with a cable car stop right outside.

This is a wonderful location in the heart of culture. This cottage was very clean and stocked, very close to public transportation, and near many great restaurants. The property owner was responsive and checked in on us to ensure our stay was top notch.

The apartment was clean and spacious and very quiet. It is right at a tram stop and has good restaurants nearby, and convenient parking on an adjacent street. Checking in and out was easy and there were clear instructions about all procedures to follow.

This is a great place- conveniently located on the streetcar line with easy access to great restaurants by foot or streetcar. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is sparse if you want to cook, but is perfect for reheating leftovers, simple meals, drinks, etc. There wasn’t any detectable noise from the surrounding businesses. Parking was easy to come by on adjacent streets (free). We will come back here on future trips!

Location is great with lots of restaurants very close, the Fresh Market grocer about a mile away, and trolley line right out front. Host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Place to Stay and Easy Streetcar Access

Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, wonderful access to the streetcar line that can easily bring you into downtown and the French Quarter or to the Garden District.

The location of this space is absolutely perfect. The listing calls out that it is behind a bar, but we did not experience any loud noise or funny business. The parking is street parking, but we always found a great spot right on the adjacent side street off St. Charles. The communication with the host was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. David was so quick to respond and always provided a solution. The listing was as described. Highly recommend.

Many Nearby restaurants, St Charles street car in front of property. The property was clean and inviting. Hosts were professional, attentive and immediately fixed one small issue.

The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished.The beds were very comfortable as well. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was very nice and clean, with lots of amenities provided to get us through the first night or so. Also the inside of the refrigerator was spotless!We loved being steps away from the Saint Charles Ave trolley car stop too.The cottage was very quiet at night and we enjoyed relaxing on the front patio as well.And… the host was extremely responsive to our questions and needs! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!! I’d recommend it, and I’d stay there again. Comfortable and charming and perfect for 2 guests or couples. Great neighborhood. Good communication with the host.

Great cottage in great location!

We stayed with our teenage son. The cottage is great: it's right on St. Charles but tucked away behind another house so there's almost no street noise in the cottage. The cottage has a great kitchen and sitting area and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The interior designs is cozy and fun. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

Our stay here was great. We felt safe, the unit was spotless very well decorated and stocked with everything you need..Easy check in, on the road parking close to the unit. The beds were comfortable. The host communicated with us throughout our stay, he was pleasant. I would highly recommend. We will book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage on St. Charles Avenue. The location was outstanding and made it easy for our family to explore the Garden District and other parts of New Orleans. Having the St. Charles streetcar stop nearby was a huge plus and allowed us to leave the car parked while we enjoyed the city.The cottage was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were noticeably high quality. We also appreciated how quiet the property was, especially given its convenient location on a major avenue.Parking was easier than expected. We had no trouble finding street parking on Euterpe Street right next to the cottage throughout our stay.Communication from the host was excellent. Directions, check-in information, and other instructions were clear and detailed, and the host was always quick to respond when we had questions.Overall, this was a perfect home base for our family. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to experience the Garden District and New Orleans.

This property is a small cottage behind the main house. It was very clean and very quiet. There are many restaurants in walking distance, with 2 being right across the street. It was also a plus, being that you could ride the street cars, which has a stop right in the front of the house. It was only $3 per person, for 24 hours. Instead of driving our rental car, we rode the street cars. We even took it to go to the aquarium. I would definitely stay here again. And the host, David, was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
