The unit is spacious and in a great location for visiting Zion and Brice Canyon National Parks. There are not many options for shopping or dining nearbye so take supplies/food with you. The condo is clean but pretty dated and in need of a few repairs. The plus side is that it is very affordable for that area. Overall not a bad deal.

Everything was well organized and clean, that they advertised and cozy, the location was perfect for us and a very nice view from the windows.

I had an amazing stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.The host was awesome — super welcoming, friendly, and always available if I needed anything. You can really tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place!

We were there 30 minutes before check in time. We got in very easily. However, our rooms had not been cleaned. Beds stripped. Sheets still on the floor and the wet towels were on the floor in bathroom. Very smelly. Host was on vacation. The realtor was in charge of the condos. It was his fault they weren’t ready for us. He contacted the house cleaner. She came right up to clean. She was very accommodating. Dove right in and got the rooms cleaned. She was awesome. The condos themselves are nice and suitable for most of our needs. The one suggestion I have is they need better and more furniture. Bedrooms only have one nightstand. Both sides of beds need a nightstand. There are no dresser drawers to put clothes in. Some bedrooms didn’t even have closets. They should add some type of clothes hanging racks/armoires in the bedrooms without closets. The washer in our condo did not clean our clothes very well at all. Even in warm water. Had to come home and rewash everything.Place has potential. Just needs some upgrades to make it more comfortable and accommodating.Parking wasn’t conducive to accommodate 6 rooms with 6 RZRS and trucks with trailers.

Cozy family retreat

Great place to stay and good location!

The condo was very nice and the location was great for visiting Bryce, Zion & Cedar Breaks. The condo was clean and the kitchen well furnished. This is a wonderful place to stay and we would stay again and highly recommend the Duck Creek Village condos!

USMC RETIREMENT NATIONAL PARK VACA

This cabin was perfect. The local was great to Zion, Bryce and Cedar City. It had everything we needed!

Cozy little place

This place is way cute, this wasn’t the first time we rented this it’s super cozy and nice. Has a great view of the village across the street. Super easy to find, way clean.

Great stay!

This property was great! Excellent location in Duck Creek. The place was nice new clean. Close to Zion Bryce and not too far from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Plus lots to do right there in the area. If we are ever back in the area will be staying here again! Thanks for a great stay Amanda!
