Newly built 5BR cabin in downtown Pigeon Forge. Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 16 across 3 levels all with ensuites. You can't go wrong!!

Over 2700 Sq Ft with 5 bedrooms each with their own bath!

You get the whole house!

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

This cabin is in a community of other cabins, all paved roads and very easily accessible. The development may have construction from time to time.

Parking will be allowed in the driveway up to 3-4 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Everything was as described. A large well stocked kitchen area. It was very clean. Very convenient to all attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Megan was a great host! She gave us great instructions and we had no issues getting in or finding the property. The property was very clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying here when we visit again!

The rooms were very spacious, we had a group of 13. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The cabin was clean and we had all of the necessities we could have possibly needed for a week stay. We also were able to see a family of bears while we sitting on the front porch.

Great 5 BR , 3 story cabin. Each BR has a bathroom, great back deck and close to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Megan was great at communicating and checking in daily to ensure our needs were met.

My family enjoyed the cabin. The area was great. Very clean and provided everything we needed and more. The host was quick to respond and even checked in to see if everything was good. Will definitely stay again.

This was an absolutely great place to stay. Extremely clean, very roomy and nicer than described. Megan responded quickly to our questions. Very comfortable with separate thermostats on each of 3 levels so each zone could be controlled independently. Nice decks with rocking chairs to enjoy the view and a big hot tub for relaxation after a long day. We spent most of each day at Dollywood but enjoyed coming back to this cabin each night. Will definitely return here on our next visit to Dollywood.

Megan was very responsive and kind! The layout of the cabin is perfect for a lot of people to be together and have their own space as well. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for several people to cook together. We had a great time here!
